Lattice
Oct 26th, 2026
Lattice at HR Tech 2026.

Lattice at HR Tech 2026. Highlights from Lattice at HR Tech 2026: its latest AI innovation, a fireside chat on the human side of AI, and tactical advice for people leaders. Amaury Sablon Lead Product Marketing Manager October 26, 2026 AI changed the odds. Lattice changes the game. Most booths at HR Tech this year had an AI story to tell. Lattice Incorporated came with a different question: what happens to your people and your business when the way work gets done changes this fast? That question shaped everything Lattice Incorporated brought to the show floor at booth #6435. AI is a people transformation process first, and the technology only sticks when leaders pair it with clear expectations, real change management, and honest conversations. From the Lattice CPO Council field notes Lattice Incorporated handed out at the booth to the conversations on stage, over ice cream, and after hours, the week was built around one idea: the human side of AI is the part that decides whether any of it works. This year's theme: From Change to Transformation. HR Tech 2026 took over Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas from October 20 to 22 with the theme "From Change to Transformation." It is clear that the conversation has moved on from reacting to disruption, and HR leaders now want to turn this measurable business impact. That's exactly where its innovation is focused. Lattice Incorporated put AI inside the moments that matter most for managers and employees. This year that has meant a Lattice AI Agent in 1:1s, bringing personalized coaching and context to every manager-employee conversation. It also means Evidence-based Review Drafts grounded in real data from goals, feedback, and more, and Lattice MCP, which brings performance context into the AI tools your people already use. Lattice Incorporated is also helping leaders answer the question Lattice Incorporated heard most at the conference: is AI actually working? Its workforce intelligence capabilities connect AI to performance outcomes, so people leaders can tie their people strategy to real business results. The Inside Scoop on AI at Work, with Sol. On Wednesday afternoon Lattice Incorporated turned its booth into an ice cream social with its friends at Sol. Sophie Hurcombe, its Chief People and Operations Officer, sat down with Courtney Cherry Ellis, Founding Product Architect at Sol, for "The Inside Scoop on AI at Work," a conversation about what people leaders are actually experiencing with AI and what's working in the field. Guests also picked up a copy of "AI at Work: Field Notes from the Lattice CPO Council," a short read on how people leaders are approaching AI transformation in practice. When the expo hall closed, the conversations kept going. Lattice Incorporated teamed up with Sparrow and HiBob to host People + AI After Hours, a relaxed evening for people leaders to swap stories over drinks. The Human Side of AI: its fireside chat. On Thursday morning, Sophie took the stage in Case Study Theater 2 for "The Human Side of AI: How People Leaders Are Navigating the Shift Without Losing the Human Judgment," joined by Sabrina Matlin, VP of HR Business Partners at Planet. Anusha Bagchi from its account management team moderated. Here's what stuck with Lattice Incorporated: * Clarity beats mandates. Lattice's AI fluency framework doesn't say "you will use AI." It spells out what's expected when you reach for it, including how to be a multiplier by sharing what works and what doesn't. The response from the team was overwhelmingly positive. * Invest in the middle. Sophie sees roughly 10 to 20 percent of employees as early adopters, about 60 percent who say "show me," and a skeptical 10 percent. Her focus is the 60 percent, connecting them to the early adopters so learnings spread. * Start from the pain points. Sabrina's team maps a workflow as it runs today, pinpoints the pain points, and only then applies AI where it fits. A feedback loop follows: did it work, and what else do people want? She's also keeping an eye on token costs as usage grows. * Listen all the time. Both teams run pulse surveys, watch usage, and keep a lively AI knowledge-share channel. Lattice also holds an all-hands every two weeks with live Q&A, where "I don't know, but I'll get back to you" is a perfectly good answer. * Measure outcomes and not just minutes. Sophie encouraged leaders to go back to the business results they already track, like customer retention or ARR per employee, and ask whether AI is moving them. The goal at the end of the day is not to write reviews quicker, it's to make sure people get feedback, they get coaching, they get the support they need. - Sophie Hurcombe, Chief People and Operations Officer, Lattice Saving managers time is great, but the real goal is better feedback, delivered sooner, so people know where they stand and can improve in the moment. Sabrina uses AI to fight recency bias, surface what her team did back in the spring, and bias-check her own reviews before she hits submit. Both agreed that a review written entirely by AI is the last thing anyone wants to receive. Lattice Incorporated closed with a 30-day challenge for attendees. Sophie's advice: pick one real problem worth solving, start small and visible, and see it through to 100 percent instead of stopping at 90. Sabrina's: listen to your people, acknowledge that this moment is both scary and exciting, and share the "why" instead of shoving AI down their throats. Until next year. The biggest lesson from HR Tech is one Lattice Incorporated keep coming back to: AI is a people change as much as a technology change. The leaders getting it right are the ones who listen, start small, and keep the human moments human. Thank you to Sophie, Sabrina, Anusha, its partners at Sol, Sparrow, and HiBob, the Lattice team, and everyone who stopped by the Lattice booth! 3300+ 5-star G2 reviews Your people are your business. Ensure both are successful with Lattice.

HR TECHNOLOGY ADVICE announces 2026 HCM mid-market vendorfit matrix.

HR TECHNOLOGY ADVICE announces 2026 HCM mid-market vendorfit matrix. Distributed by EIN Presswire New HCM Mid-Market VendorFit Matrix Highlights Clear Distinctions Among Vendors and Finds AI Leadership in HCM Still Evolving Our advice to HR leaders is to find the last HCM solution you will ever need to buy. This matrix analysis is designed to support that long-term approach to solution selection." - Chris Harvey, Chief Research Officer, HR Technology Advice LAS VEGAS, NV, UNITED STATES, October 20, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ - HR Technology Advice, an HR technology analyst firm, today published the 2026 HCM Mid-Market VendorFit Matrix - a comprehensive evaluation of the leading Human Capital Management solutions available to organizations with 100 to 1,000 employees. The report evaluated thirteen vendors across seven dimensions and determined that four - Workday, Dayforce, HiBob, and isolved - achieved the report's Leader designation, reflecting clear distinctions among HCM solutions. AI's impact on HCM buying decisions is still evolving: only 51% of HR teams evaluating a new HCM solution over the next 12 months identified AI functionality as a critical buying criterion - a figure HR Technology Advice expects to climb quickly as vendor capability matures and AI becomes a standard expectation rather than a differentiator. A MARKET WITH CLEAR DISTINCTIONS This year's HCM Mid-Market Matrix evaluation found that AI innovation and overall customer experience are creating clearer distinctions between solutions than many buyers may expect. The matrix evaluated each vendor on two equally decisive dimensions - the depth and breadth of its platform, and the quality of the customer experience and satisfaction it delivers - and found that excelling in both is rare. - Leaders Excel on Both Dimensions - Four of the 13 vendors evaluated - Workday, Dayforce, HiBob, and isolved - scored as exceptional on both platform depth and customer experience to earn Leader designation. - Functional Depth With Less Customer Experience Strength - Several vendors evaluated offer broad, feature-rich platforms but have not yet translated that breadth into exceptional customer satisfaction, support quality, and retention. - Customer Satisfaction With Less Functional Breadth - Other vendors have built loyal, well-supported customer bases around a narrower feature set - a strategy for buyers who prioritize service over platform depth. - AI Reality Check - HCM vendors' AI offerings are still evolving, and only three - Workday, Dayforce, and ChartHop - met HR Technology Advice's bar for demonstrated AI leadership and advanced customer utilization. AI OFFERINGS ARE WIDESPREAD. AI LEADERSHIP IS RARE. The report addresses a growing point of confusion for HR buyers: nearly every HCM vendor evaluated now claims some form of AI functionality, with those offerings changing at an accelerating pace, making vendor-to-vendor comparison increasingly difficult. HR Technology Advice's evaluation looked past disclosed capability lists to assess actual production use, breadth of confirmed functionality, and measurable customer impact - validated through a live or recorded product demonstration wherever possible. Of the thirteen vendors evaluated, three demonstrated AI capability strong enough to earn the matrix's AI Leader designation: Workday, Dayforce, and ChartHop. The 2026 HCM Mid-Market VendorFit Matrix evaluates thirteen leading HCM solutions, assessing each across core platform functionality, reporting and analytics, usability, customer experience and outcomes, AI and innovation, and pricing transparency: - Workday - Dayforce - HiBob - isolved - ChartHop - PDS Vista - UKG Ready - Rippling - Paycor - Paylocity - Paycom - ADP Workforce Now - Deel All thirteen vendors appear on the VendorFit Matrix. Detailed side-by-side comparisons and one-page vendor profiles are provided for the vendors that participated directly in the research. ABOUT HR TECHNOLOGY ADVICE HR Technology Advice is an analyst firm exclusively dedicated to HR technology. Our research is designed to help HR leaders make confident, well-informed technology decisions - grounded in independent evaluation. HiBob and The Josh Bersin Company launch Galileo powered workforce intelligence in Bob. Table of contents Galileo(R) in Bob combines 25 years of trusted HR expertise with Bob's trusted people context intelligence to bring context-aware guidance into the flow of work helping leaders make better workforce decisions with greater confidence New York, US & London, UK - 16 September, 2026 - HiBob, the people platform for the modern world of work and The Josh Bersin Company, the world's most trusted global research and advisory firm focused on human resources, corporate learning, talent management, and HR technology today announce the next step toward organizational intelligence with the launch of Galileo(R) powered AI agents in Bob. Organizations don't need another AI assistant, they need trusted expertise embedded where work happens. As AI reshapes the workplace, HR leaders, managers, and employees need practical guidance in the flow of work, not disconnected tools or generic AI responses that quickly become outdated. By embedding Galileo(R)'s external HR expertise into Bob's understanding of an organization's people, structures, workflows and priorities, the integration brings contextual intelligence into the flow of work helping make the organization smarter, not simply its HR technology. "Most organizations don't have an AI problem. They have an intelligence problem. The challenge isn't generating more information. It's helping leaders make better decisions with the information they already have. Workforce transformation requires organizations to connect people, payroll, performance, and planning in a way that turns insight into action. That's why we've embedded Galileo's expertise directly into Bob AI," said Ronni Zehavi, CEO and Co-founder of HiBob. Zehavi concludes: "By combining trusted expertise with workforce intelligence, we're helping organizations build the operating system they need for the AI era, one that elevates human decision-making rather than replacing it." From AI potential to practical impact. While AI adoption is accelerating across every industry, many organizations are struggling to convert experimentation into measurable business value. The challenge is no longer access to AI. It is access to contextual intelligence that most helps leaders understand the signals and insights provided by AI and translate them into better decision-making. This is where the market is heading. Organizations need AI embedded within the manager's daily workflow and where workforce decisions are made, not disconnected tools that sit alongside them. HiBob is building agents that incorporate Galileo(R) context into answers when relevant to a user's question. The initial agents, expected to be adopted by hundreds of customers by the end of 2026, and into the first quarter of 2027 are designed to support: * Job architecture - structuring roles and skills with industry-aligned frameworks * Compensation - guiding fair, competitive, and data-informed pay decisions * Performance management - improving evaluation quality and consistency Bob combines each organization's unique people data with HiBob's technical expertise and 25 years of research and insight from The Josh Bersin Company. By understanding roles, performance, workflows and priorities, it provides leaders and managers with reliable, evidence-based intelligence in the flow of work helping them make better decisions in the moment and respond more intelligently to change. The next frontier: organizational intelligence. For years, organizations have invested in systems of record and systems of engagement. The next generation of organizations will be built on systems of intelligence that connect people, payroll, performance, planning, and business priorities in one place. Organizational Intelligence enables leaders to move from hindsight to foresight, helping them anticipate workforce challenges, make better decisions, and act with greater confidence. Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company, added: "For AI to truly transform HR, it must be grounded in expertise and delivered in the flow of work. The partnership between Galileo(R) and Bob brings decades of HR knowledge directly into the hands of practitioners and managers when they need it most while empowering teams to make more human-centered decisions every day." AVAILABILITY The Galileo(R) Inside Bob agents will be available in Q3 2026; full GA 2027.
