Project Controller
About the job
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project controlling, project accounting, or a similar financial project environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work effectively in international teams.
- Proficiency in SAP modules PS, SD, MM, and FI; MS Excel; IFS (ERP); and project management tools.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Basic knowledge of IFRS and understanding of project finance and tax principles.
- Availability to travel on demand, up to 20%.
- Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, cost control, and cash flow planning.
- Monitor project performance, analyze variances, and support accurate margin and profitability reporting.
- Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-up, supplier invoice approvals, and financial risk management.
- Prepare financial inputs for project reviews and maintain project data and structures in IFS (ERP system).
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance.
- SAP BW experience is an advantage.
