What believers are saying

  • Winnipeg's May 2025 megastore opening shows continued physical expansion in Canada.
  • Structube.com generated $7.0 million in June 2026, proving meaningful online demand.
  • Free-delivery promotions and new arrivals support traffic and conversion across markets.

What critics are saying

  • Trustpilot reviews in August 2026 cite delayed deliveries, damaged goods, and poor service.
  • Health Canada recalls for SNOWER and SERBI exposed child-safety and quality-control failures.
  • Persistent fulfillment failures can destroy brand trust and eventually force customer flight online.

What makes Structube unique

  • Structube runs 72 Canadian stores and a national e-commerce channel in 2026.
  • Its megastore format, like Winnipeg's 60,000-square-foot opening, strengthens showroom depth.
  • Family control under Tony and Eric Knafo keeps merchandising and expansion decisions centralized.
