  • Oversee technical data sheet creation and updates, labeling and artwork coordination, instructions for use documentation, translation workflows and document publication. Maintain version control, traceability and evidence of required reviews.
  • Strengthen controls for product changes, component discontinuations and related document updates so that approved changes reach the affected systems, users and downstream processes.
  • Lead assigned support for supplier information, product specifications, sample review coordination, packaging study documentation and project milestones. Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies and outstanding decisions are clearly documented.
  • Partner with Product Management, Quality and Regulatory specialists on technical reviews and change decisions. Exercise approval authority only within formally assigned responsibilities and approved procedures.
  • Oversee quotation and pricing administration, component cost and margin analysis, product replacement information, tender responses and product documentation requests. Ensure business recommendations use validated information and reach the authorized decision maker.
  • Direct assigned vendor setup, vendor data maintenance, purchasing support and pricing or invoice exception workflows. Improve coordination with Procurement, Finance and global commercial teams.
  • Improve availability and backorder support by connecting inventory, production schedules, component constraints and product alternatives. Ensure customer-facing responses reflect approved product information and reliable supply assumptions.
  • Build a prioritized analytics portfolio covering inventory exposure, expiry and obsolescence, component shortages, kit revisions, product availability, quotation economics, margin drivers and time to market.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements, agreed definitions and actionable dashboards. Challenge data quality, assumptions and analytical conclusions, and ensure insights lead to documented decisions and follow-up actions.
  • Sponsor process simplification and automation using suitable tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, RPA and system integrations. Define requirements, controls, testing, adoption and support arrangements with Technology partners.
  • Develop AI use cases for extracting and validating product information, comparing document versions, assisting product cross referencing, summarizing exceptions and supporting stakeholder queries. Define evaluation criteria and human review for technical, quality and regulatory content.
  • Own the business case and benefits realization for each initiative. Establish a baseline, measure capacity released and improvements in quality or cycle time, and validate financial benefits with Finance while accounting for delivery and ongoing support costs.
  • Lead managers, team leaders, analysts and domain specialists across the combined portfolio. Define accountabilities, performance expectations, succession coverage and decision rights at each level.
  • Build specialist career paths in product lifecycle operations, product data, technical documentation, analytics and automation. Recruit and develop talent capable of taking on more complex global responsibilities.
  • Create a common culture of ownership, problem solving and continuous learning. Coach leaders through change, resolve competing priorities and maintain employee engagement as scope and ways of working evolve.
  • Establish one service catalogue, demand and capacity process, performance scorecard and escalation framework. Lead business reviews with global stakeholders and align resources to business value, risk and service commitments.
  • Manage delivery quality, turnaround time, backlog, productivity, controls, budget and continuity within delegated authority. Maintain current procedures, training records, access controls and reliable backup coverage.
  • Shape a phased capability roadmap and lead new scope discovery, transition planning, knowledge transfer and stabilization. Define acceptance criteria, service ownership and controls before assuming additional work.

  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
  • Lean Six Sigma, project management, supply chain or product lifecycle qualifications are useful where supported by delivery experience.
  • Exposure to regulated product documentation, kitting or configurable products, product information management and ERP systems, Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
