  • Identify recurring technical requirements and blockers across the pipeline and customer base, and partner with Product and Engineering to determine whether solutions require enablement, a new integration, or a scalable platform capability.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with health system IT environments, clinical systems, workforce operations, electronic health records, or healthcare interoperability.

About the company

Vitalize Care provides an AI-powered platform for hospital operations, focusing on optimizing staffing and scheduling. It helps health systems forecast staffing needs using predictive scheduling, align staffing levels with real-time patient demand and acuity, and automate filling open shifts with the most suitable nurses. The system saves labor costs, improves nurse allocation, and frees nurse managers from manual scheduling tasks, while offering data-driven tools to support decision-making. In addition to staffing, it also offers resources to support the mental health and well-being of healthcare professionals, such as coaching and peer support. The platform targets health systems and hospitals and is typically offered on a subscription or licensing basis as enterprise software. Its goal is to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient flow, and optimize workforce management in healthcare settings.
