Bridging the gap between contact centers & core financial platforms: The RingCentral & NovelVox partnership advantage.

Bridging the gap between contact centers & core financial platforms: The RingCentral & NovelVox partnership advantage. For financial services executives, operational efficiency and customer experience are top priorities. Yet, every call into a bank or credit union contact center inherently touches a core banking system - whether for an identity check, balance lookup, transfer, or card update. When customer service agents or branch employees are forced to toggle between disjointed systems, handling time increases and friction mounts. Through a new partnership with NovelVox, RingCentral connects contact center and unified communications platforms directly into core banking and credit union architectures. The result? Human agents and AI solutions don't just describe transactions - they complete them. Unifying systems of record and interaction. RingCentral has partnered with NovelVox's Agent Accelerator and CCIP solutions across RingCentral AIR, RingCentral AIR Pro, RingCX, RingEX, and RingCentral Contact Center. For banking and credit union leaders, this yields turnkey, out-of-the-box integrations to industry-standard core banking and credit union platforms. Instead of agents manually cross-referencing separate core banking systems while on the phone or while a customer is sitting in front of them, unified customer profiles and embedded workflows are delivered directly within the primary interaction window. Streamlining high-volume banking transactions By directly targeting the interactions that consume the highest volume in financial contact centers, this integration dramatically speeds up key service workflows: * Identity verification: Instantaneous authentication without toggling applications * Balance lookups: Real-time account data pulled seamlessly from the core platform * Fund transfers: Initiated, validated, and executed in a single screen * Card management: Comprehensive control from card activation to lost/stolen reporting * Fraud detection: Automated fraud alerts and compliance support Crucially, this real-time execution layer isn't restricted to human operators. RingCentral's Agentic Voice AI solutions - such as AI Receptionist (AIR) and AI Representative (AIR Pro) - can directly update core records in Fiserv, Jack Henry, Keystone Corelation, FIS and others, allowing full end-to-end self-service resolution without agent intervention. For banks and credit unions, NovelVox connects RingCentral with core banking and financial services platforms, including Jack Henry, Fiserv, FIS, Corelation (KeyStone), and VisiFi, allowing human agents to securely access member and customer information and complete relevant service workflows within their RingCentral experience. By streamlining high-frequency transactions, the integrated solution drives higher self-service adoption, lowers call volumes, and provides frictionless, secure resolution for every interaction. Later in 2026 NovelVox will extend these capabilities across the insurance industry. Integrations with platforms such as Guidewire & Applied EPIC will help agents work with policy and claims information as part of the customer interaction. Governed AI and compliance-first operations. In regulated environments, compliance and data integrity are non-negotiable. Every extra handoff or manual data entry increases operational risk. To achieve true enterprise value requires AI that operates strictly within business guardrails to complete end-to-end actions - not just serve static answers. And modern customer service demands actionable resolution directly in the system of record. Closing this gap allows financial institutions to modernize their contact centers while reducing risk and overhead. How NovelVox governs RingCentral for financial institutions. Strategic takeaways for executive leaders. For financial services executives evaluating digital transformation initiatives, this partnership delivers clear measurable impact: lowered Average Handle Time (AHT), reduced manual re-keying errors, elevated self-service containment rates, and increased satisfaction for both customers and agents. Ready to transform your contact center and branch performance? Ray White upgrades contact centre with AI oversight.

Ray White upgrades contact centre with AI oversight. Fri, 25th Sep 2026 (Today) Ray White has upgraded its Concierge contact centre to a cloud-based system with conversational AI from RingCentral, affecting its 110-agent operation across Australia and New Zealand. The updated platform combines RingCentral's RingCX contact centre system with its AI Conversational Expert tool, ACE. Ray White Concierge supports home buyers, renters, investors and sellers, and arranges related services including insurance, removals and trades. According to Ray White, Concierge helps more than 5,000 people a month move into a new home. The unit makes more than 50,000 calls a month, delivers almost 40,000 real estate opportunities to agents each year, and handles an email queue managed by skills in the same way as inbound calls. The upgrade builds on a broader technology shift that began several years ago. Ray White adopted a cloud-focused strategy in 2015 and rolled out a cloud-based platform across its 1,000 franchise offices, including Google Workspace, as part of a wider digital ecosystem called One System. In 2020, the group replaced its on-premise corporate PABX environment with RingCentral's RingEX unified communications system. Ray White's in-house IT team completed that deployment in stages across Australian corporate offices. Integration with Google Workspace gave staff single sign-on access and click-to-call features in Workspace and customer relationship management applications. "Having these micro efficiencies provides a better user experience for our internal teams," said Ben Cowie, CIO at Ray White. Contact centre changes Ray White executives said the contact centre upgrade had an immediate effect on supervision, reporting and coaching, with improvements in call disposition reporting, timecard reporting, call volume analytics, contact history reports and call recordings. Kelly Tatlow, chief executive officer of Ray White Concierge, said that visibility matters in a high-volume operation where agents handle large numbers of calls each day. The system also introduced real-time supervisor tools and callback functions, which she said improved both performance and customer experience. "Our conversations need to be welcoming and reassuring every time. We are a high-volume business, and our team handles a large number of calls every day. RingCentral allows us to better monitor our productivity, and work with our agents on their particular development areas, so that we can focus our coaching and training for individual team members. Breaking down the volume of calls per hour into skills, teams and agents is very helpful to compare performance within our teams and to compare the volume of calls different teams can achieve," said Tatlow. Ray White also highlighted compliance features in the system, including a launch call recording function that plays pre-recorded advice or legislative scripting, and a masking function that hides a client's credit card details in a recording when they pay for an insurance policy. AI oversight Ray White said the biggest operational change came from ACE, which analyses customer conversations. The tool summarises and transcribes calls, captures key conversation points, provides scorecards and coaching tips for consultants, and identifies calls or exchanges that may need review. According to Ray White, team leaders previously spent long periods reviewing large volumes of recorded calls to check whether consultants were using the right language. ACE is now used to narrow that task by highlighting potential concerns for supervisors and managers, who can then move directly to the relevant part of a call. "Team leaders used to lock themselves away in a room, trawling through high volumes of calls just to make sure our consultants were saying the right thing," said Mikayla McManus, operations and team performance manager at Ray White Concierge. RingCentral worked with Ray White to train the AI system to identify preferred practices and draw out customer insights from Concierge calls. The aim was to help managers spend less time on blanket monitoring and more time on targeted review and coaching. "ACE gives me a clear overview of every call before I even listen. If the wrong language is being used, we can capture it and correct it straight away, not weeks later," said McManus. Cowie said the shift changed how supervisors approach quality control and team growth. Rather than listening to all calls or relying on a small sample, managers can review flagged sections alongside transcripts and recordings. "That shift from listening to everything to targeting what matters completely changes how our leaders work. It has helped us grow without compromising our quality. This is where AI delivers value in real operations," said Cowie. Tatlow said the technology had given the Concierge team a single system to manage its workload and a platform for further development. "RingCX gave us a modern contact centre that could support the volume of calls that we do and scope of our business. It gave us one system across the whole team and also a platform that we can build on. ACE makes it easier for us to deliver the quality service that we're known for. We're really proud of our 4.9 star Google rating," she said.

Net2phone cloud communications & PBX Solutions: Features, pricing, and expert procurement with Premier Business Team.

Net2phone cloud communications & PBX Solutions: Features, pricing, and expert procurement with Premier Business Team. For IT directors, CTOs, and operations leaders evaluating cloud communications, balancing enterprise-grade reliability with predictable budgets is a constant tightrope walk. If your organization is weighed down by aging premise-based PBX hardware, mounting maintenance fees, and inflexible carrier contracts, migrating to a robust cloud communications platform is no longer optional: it is a strategic imperative. Among the leading contenders in the unified communications (UCaaS) landscape, Net2phone stands out for its strong cloud PBX infrastructure, robust multi-device integration, built-in AI tools, and aggressive international calling bundles. However, navigating tier selections, deployment timelines, hidden add-on costs, and custom enterprise pricing can easily overwhelm an already stretched IT department. At Premier Business Team, Premier Business Team act as your trusted, vendor-neutral technology advisor. Premier Business Team eliminate the guesswork from telecom procurement, helping you benchmark Net2phone against competitors like RingCentral, Zoom Phone, and Dialpad to secure custom pricing and white-glove deployment support: often at zero direct cost to your organization. How much does Net2phone Cloud PBX cost in 2026? Net2phone structures its cloud communications service into three core tiers: Essentials, Professional, and Ultimate: with pricing generally ranging from $20 to $45+ per user per month, depending on seat volume, contract terms, and feature requirements. * Essentials Plan: Typically ranges from $19.99 to $28.99 per user/month. Designed for small-to-midsize teams requiring unlimited calling across North America (US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico), auto-attendant/IVR, basic call queueing, SMS/MMS, and standard web/mobile softphone apps. * Professional Plan: Typically ranges from $24.99 to $35.99 per user/month. This is widely considered the "sweet spot" for mid-market enterprises, adding unlimited international calling to 40+ countries, full-featured video conferencing, extension mirroring across devices, and AI-powered call transcription and summaries. * Ultimate Plan: Custom pricing (typically ranging from $33.99 to $44.99+ per user/month depending on scale). Tailored for organizations requiring advanced analytics, AI sentiment analysis, and webinar/live-streaming video capabilities. Note on Add-Ons: Features like advanced call recording, custom CRM API connectors, and secondary phone numbers may incur minor per-user or per-number monthly fees. Partnering with Premier Business Team ensures all licensing structures are fully transparent before contract signature. What are the core features of Net2phone Cloud Communications? Net2phone provides a comprehensive suite of business communications tools designed to replace traditional hardware PBX systems with a flexible, cloud-native architecture: * Hosted PBX & SIP Trunking: Virtual extensions, ring groups, multi-level auto-attendants, and flexible call routing managed entirely through a centralized web portal. * AI-Driven Insights: Automated call transcription, meeting summaries, and sentiment analysis to monitor customer interactions and improve team performance. * Omnichannel Messaging: Integrated SMS, MMS, and external messaging capabilities directly from desktop and mobile applications. * Global Reach: Robust international calling capabilities bundled into higher tiers, eliminating expensive per-minute toll charges for multi-site or global operations. * Unified Collaboration: Web softphones, mobile apps, and video conferencing that keep hybrid and remote teams connected seamlessly. For a broader look at how modern voice infrastructure transforms operations, explore its guide on Business Phone Systems and its strategic overview of Communications Solutions. What are the pros and cons of Net2phone for enterprise deployments? Every UCaaS platform has distinct strengths and trade-offs. Understanding them helps prevent deployment friction: Pros: * Aggressive International Bundling: Exceptional value for businesses with heavy call volume to 40+ international destinations. * Reliable Cloud Infrastructure: High uptime guarantees and centralized web administration simplify multi-site management. * Built-in AI Tools: Automated transcription and summaries reduce manual post-call documentation. * Multi-Device Flexibility: Seamless extension mirroring across desk phones, computers, and mobile devices. Cons: * Native CRM Integrations: Out-of-the-box integrations with major CRMs (like Salesforce or HubSpot) often require higher tiers or API configurations. * Add-On Pricing: Features like enterprise call recording and specialized reporting may require add-on modules that impact total cost of ownership. * Configuration Complexity: Large enterprise rollouts require meticulous dial-plan mapping and number porting oversight to avoid downtime. How does Premier Business Team simplify Net2phone procurement? For IT decision-makers managing understaffed teams and tight budgets, vendor negotiations are a massive drain on time. Going direct to a single carrier often results in list pricing and rigid contract terms. As an independent technology advisor, Premier Business Team provides a streamlined procurement process: * Independent Discovery & Benchmarking: Premier Business Team analyze your existing telecom spend, current PBX limitations, and collaboration workflows to determine if Net2phone is the ideal fit: or if alternative platforms like RingCentral, Zoom Phone, or Dialpad better align with your goals. * Custom Enterprise Pricing: Because of its extensive partner network, Premier Business Team negotiate volume discounts and promotional concessions that are rarely available to direct buyers. * End-to-End Implementation Support: From number porting and network readiness assessments to user provisioning and admin training, Premier Business Team manage the entire deployment lifecycle to ensure zero business disruption. * Ongoing Lifecycle Management: Premier Business Team act as your single point of contact for billing, service additions, and ongoing support, rescuing your team from frustrating carrier hold times. To explore additional connectivity foundations that support flawless UCaaS performance, review its services in Business Internet & Connectivity and Cloud Services. Conclusion. Migrating to Net2phone cloud communications can drastically reduce operating costs, empower hybrid teams, and eliminate aging hardware headaches.
