Requirements
  • Experience in a technical implementation, deployment, or solutions engineering role, ideally within ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Working knowledge of AI agents and Large Language Models, including how agents are designed, orchestrated, and deployed.
  • Familiarity with APIs and how AI systems integrate with enterprise platforms.
  • Understanding of SQL for data querying and agent tool design.
  • Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers or similar agent-tool integration frameworks.
  • Experience with structured testing methodologies, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Awareness of agent observability and reliability practices, including monitoring, logging, and production agent quality.
  • Strong documentation habits and experience producing deployment or handoff artifacts.
Responsibilities
  • Own the technical testing and deployment of AI agents for assigned customer accounts, from blueprint handoff through go-live.
  • Validate agent configurations, integrations, and tool connections against the Agent Blueprint and customer requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during build, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with Solutions Consultants during sales-to-delivery handoff to fully understand the scoped solution and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve platform-level issues affecting deployment.
  • Conduct structured testing cycles, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, prior to go-live.
  • Document deployment steps, configurations, and known issues to support ongoing supportability of the solution.
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth handoff at go-live, transferring technical context needed for post-launch adoption, expansion, and renewal conversations.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for issues that surface shortly after go-live.
