Requirements

Ability to perform basic math, including adding, subtracting, and multiplying whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to read and understand procedures, routers, and instructions.
Ability to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking.
Ability to stand continuously for 8–10 hours daily.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to work daily or weekly overtime and weekends as required.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and employment eligibility will be verified at hire.

Responsibilities

Safely perform a variety of assembly operations while complying with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures.
Operate manufacturing equipment according to established Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist with line setups and startup, and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Maintain quality standards by visually inspecting parts, components, and subassemblies.
Recognize and solve minor problems that arise.
Perform material-handling requirements of the job.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Ability to perform basic math ' add, subtract, multiply whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Strong orientation toward quality, safety and continuous improvement
Strong attention to detail
Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge
Ability to read and understand procedure, routers and instruction
Flexibility in work assignments
Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change
Must be able to continuously perform grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and walking
Must be able to handle continuous standing 8-10 hours daily
Must be able to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work daily, weekly overtime and weekend as required
