About the Company

Madhappy

Direct-to-consumer apparel brand promoting mental health

Madhappy is a Los Angeles-based fashion brand that designs bright unisex basics like hoodies, sweatpants, and tees, sold through direct-to-consumer online channels and experiential retail including pop-ups and a West Hollywood flagship. It operates by releasing colorful apparel, often with its hood-stitch detail, and pursuing collaborations with brands such as Gap, Columbia, UGG, and sports teams. The company builds a community around optimism and mental health, supports this through The Madhappy Foundation that donates 1% of net sales to mental health initiatives. Its goal is to destigmatize conversations around mental health while growing a lifestyle brand that combines fashion with social impact, using experiences and partnerships rather than relying mainly on traditional digital advertising to reach customers.
