Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals to drive awareness, engagement, utilization, and revenue growth across key products and programs.
  • Translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for diverse member audiences.
  • Conceptualize and deliver end-to-end campaigns across digital, email, social, web, and event channels.
  • Use audience segmentation, campaign performance metrics, and engagement, conversion, and behavioral insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Utilize artificial intelligence tools and marketing technologies to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders to define goals, assess opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver marketing solutions.
  • Evaluate incoming requests strategically, guide stakeholders toward effective approaches, and protect campaign integrity.
  • Partner with creative, communications, and marketing operations teams to ensure cohesive execution, brand alignment, and high-quality deliverables.
