Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across sales, customer success, and operations — from sourcing and outreach to offer and close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to deeply understand role needs, team structure, and success profiles
  • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines, ensuring smooth and high-touch experiences
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, outbound, and community channels
  • Track funnel performance, hiring velocity, and candidate quality metrics to continuously optimize
  • Represent RepRally’s brand in a competitive market — you’ll be one of the first people candidates meet
  • Contribute to broader hiring process improvements, tooling, and operational excellence

RepRally operates a B2B marketplace for wholesale commerce that connects emerging brands with local retailers through a unified self-distribution platform. It enables brands to process payments, manage orders, and onboard qualified sales reps, while sales reps (sellers) can represent multiple product lines, sell to local stores, track performance, and receive automated commission payouts. The platform earns a percentage of commissions on each wholesale order, aligning incentives for both brands and reps.
