An active Property and Casualty insurance license is required.

Responsibilities
Serve as senior client relationship manager for assigned accounts and maintain executive-level relationships.
Act as primary client advisor when Producers are unavailable or focused on new business development.
Participate in client meetings, stewardship reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
Provide consultative guidance on insurance program design and risk management strategies.
Evaluate client operations, exposures, and loss trends to identify opportunities for risk mitigation.
Analyze loss runs and claims data to develop strategies to reduce claim frequency and severity.
Lead strategic marketing and placement of complex new and renewal business.
Engage directly with carrier underwriters to negotiate coverage structure, pricing, and terms.
Serve as senior technical resource and mentor to Account Managers and Assistants.
Review complex submissions, proposals, and insurance program structures.
Identify opportunities to improve client risk profile and insurance program effectiveness.
Support agency retention, growth, and profitability objectives.
Travel to client locations occasionally as required.
Work full-time in the office.

CPCU, ARM, or other advanced insurance or risk management designations are strongly preferred.
