Requirements
  • Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician and registered with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • A minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience is required.
  • Computer proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
  • Obtain accurate home medication information directly from patients and other reliable sources.
  • Carefully document medication histories in the computer system.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with pharmacies, external databases, primary care clinics, and other resources to create the most complete and accurate medication profile possible.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred but not required.
