Requirements
  • No experience is required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • ServSafe certification is required if applicable.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of production areas, including vents, fryers, flattop, range, steamers, ovens, refrigerators, coolers, and storage areas.
  • Bus the dining room as needed and send dishes through the dishwashing machine.
  • Wash pots and pans as needed.
  • Put clean dishes away in appropriate places.
  • Sweep and mop kitchen floors as needed.
  • Dispose of garbage appropriately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Desired Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience working in a kitchen is preferred.
