Most recently, she served as COO of Rippl Care, where she helped build and scale a care model for individuals living with dementia. She previously held senior leadership roles at Honest Health, naviHealth, Evolent Health and Accolade. Berry will oversee the company's network of more than 6,500 provider partners as CNEO, along with engagement functions that connect patients with timely local care and Strive's clinical and social needs programs. Berry most recently served as SVP of clinical service operations at Ventricle Health, where she led the scaling and performance of its advanced heart failure cardiology network and clinical operations. Previously, she held senior network and operational leadership roles at Aetna (a CVS Health Company), Innovation Health and Evolent Health. As CGO, Heslin will lead Strive's business development strategy, strategic partnerships, marketing and market expansion, with a focus on bringing the company's population health solutions and partnerships across payors, providers and other healthcare organizations. Heslin joins Strive following an extensive career at Elevance Health, where he held leadership roles spanning enterprise growth, product strategy and business development and most recently served as president of the company's specialty business. Strive Health adds Jamie Sharp and Chris Rigg to executive team.

Strive Health adds Jamie Sharp and Chris Rigg to executive team. June 16, 2026 Jamie Sharp And Chris Rigg Strive Health, a national provider of value-based kidney care services, has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointments of Dr. Jamie Sharp as Chief Medical Officer and Chris Rigg as Chief Financial Officer. The additions come as the company continues to scale its value-based care model nationwide and invest in technology-driven approaches to managing chronic kidney disease. Sharp will oversee Strive's clinical strategy and performance, while Rigg will lead financial strategy and operations, supporting the company's growth initiatives and deployment of artificial intelligence technologies across the organization. "As we continue to build on Strive's strong momentum, Jamie and Chris stood out as the right leaders for this moment," said Paul Marchetti, president of Strive Health. "They bring track records of success and execution that will help us strengthen our performance-based culture, keep evolving our clinical model and build on the results-oriented ways of working that continue to drive Strive's success." Sharp joins Strive from dementia care provider Rippl, where she served as Chief Medical Officer and helped advance a value-based care approach supported by technology-enabled care delivery. Her previous leadership roles include senior positions at Aetna, a CVS Health company, as well as naviHealth and Evolent Health, organizations known for their focus on population health management and care coordination. At Strive, Sharp will help advance clinical outcomes and continue refining the company's integrated care model, which addresses the complex needs of patients living with chronic kidney disease and related conditions. "Chronic illnesses such as kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension affect three out of four adults and account for about 90% of healthcare spending," Sharp said. "Treating kidney disease is not a singular issue. Patients are often navigating multiple complex conditions that require comprehensive care and coordination. I look forward to contributing to the holistic, integrated approach to supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey." The appointment comes as healthcare providers and payers increasingly seek coordinated care models that can improve outcomes while reducing costs for patients with chronic diseases. Kidney disease patients often require management across multiple specialties, making care coordination and population health infrastructure central to value-based care strategies. Rigg brings a combination of healthcare finance, insurance and capital markets experience to the company. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Commercial Health Benefits at Elevance Health, where he led financial strategy and performance for the organization's commercial health plan business serving more than 32 million consumers through individual and employer-sponsored products. In his new role, Rigg will oversee Strive's financial operations, support value-based risk contracting initiatives and help build the infrastructure needed to support continued growth. His responsibilities will also include aligning financial strategy with the company's operational and technology investments as it expands nationally. Earlier in his career, Rigg worked as an equity research analyst at Deutsche Bank, Susquehanna International Group and Merrill Lynch, where he advised investors on healthcare services, managed care and value-based care markets. His experience analyzing healthcare business models and emerging industry trends is expected to support Strive's efforts to scale its operations and deepen partnerships with payers and providers. "Joining Strive gives me the opportunity to bring a strategic financial perspective to the company's partnerships and guide initiatives, ultimately driving better outcomes for patients and providers," Rigg said. "I'm committed to help advance the long-term evolution of kidney care in the U.S. through my work at Strive." Chris Riopelle, co-founder and chief executive officer of Strive Health, said the appointments will help strengthen the company's ability to deliver measurable results as it expands its value-based kidney care platform. "Sharp and Rigg's leadership will help accelerate Strive's ability to deliver measurable outcomes for patients, providers and payers as Strive continues to expand its value-based kidney care model nationwide," Riopelle said. Strive Health serves more than 150,000 people with chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease across all 50 states and partners with more than 6,500 healthcare providers. The company combines technology, including artificial intelligence, with care management and local provider integration to support patients throughout the progression of kidney disease. Through partnerships with commercial insurers, Medicare Advantage plans, health systems and physicians, Strive delivers care through a range of value-based payment arrangements designed to improve outcomes while managing costs.
