About the Job

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles supporting Account Executives or Account Managers in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • A proven track record of leading enablement programming lifecycles end to end.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, especially SMB.
  • Demonstrated experience turning a diagnosed performance gap into an AI-powered workflow or tool that changes rep behavior at scale, beyond using AI to draft content.
  • Hands-on comfort with AI and automation tools, such as Gong AI, generative AI platforms, and workflow automation tools, to prototype and ship workflows without heavy engineering support.
  • Experience operationalizing discovery and value frameworks such as BANT and MEDDPICC into scalable programs.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to connect enablement initiatives to measurable business impact, including win rate, ACV, pipeline conversion, and ramp time.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and frontline Sales Managers.
  • Experience supporting call coaching platforms such as Gong and embedding coaching frameworks into manager rhythms.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives without losing quality or velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Mine call recordings, CRM data, pipeline metrics, and win/loss trends to identify productivity gaps by rep, segment, or sales stage.
  • Translate identified gaps into AI-powered workflows that intervene at the point of work, such as real-time call prompts, next-best-action nudges, deal-stage-specific AI-drafted follow-up emails, or automated coaching flags routed to managers.
  • Own the workflow lifecycle from gap identification through design, rollout, adoption measurement, and iteration.
  • Prioritize whether identified gaps warrant AI workflows or traditional training based on time saved for reps and expected impact on productivity metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end enablement strategy for product, pricing, and positioning launches in partnership with Product Marketing; translate messaging into talk tracks, demo flows, competitive positioning, and launch certification programs with measurable adoption metrics.
  • Design ongoing Account Executive development programs across core selling motions, operationalizing skills frameworks such as MEDDPICC into repeatable training and structured learning journeys tied to tenure and performance.
  • Build and deliver manager playbooks and coaching tools for first-time and tenured frontline managers to inspect call quality, qualification depth, and deal strategy, supporting coaching cadences that improve win rates.
  • Use AI tools such as Gong AI, Claude, and Notion AI to accelerate production of talk tracks, battlecards, and certification content, and keep content current as messaging evolves.
  • Define success metrics for each initiative and track leading indicators such as behavior change, certification completion, and call quality, as well as lagging indicators such as win rate, ACV, and ramp time.
  • Quantify productivity lift from each AI-powered workflow, including time saved per rep, activity or output increases, and downstream pipeline or win-rate effects, and use the data to decide what scales.
  • Advise Sales leadership, align enablement priorities to revenue goals, and present impact insights to executives.
  • Champion AI-driven productivity gains across the Revenue organization and help reps and managers adopt the workflows built.
  • Complete ChowNow's new-hire onboarding experience and build relationships with Sales leadership, frontline managers, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Audit existing Account Executive enablement programs, onboarding, assets, certifications, and tooling; review pipeline metrics, win/loss data, and call recordings to identify execution gaps.
  • Identify the top three performance levers affecting Account Executive productivity and flag candidates for AI-powered workflows versus traditional enablement.
  • Learn the current AI and call-intelligence tooling, including Gong AI, and review what has already been tried.
  • Roll out and measure at least one high-impact enablement initiative; design and launch AI-powered workflows targeting identified gaps and begin tracking their impact on rep productivity.
  • Establish an ongoing Account Executive everboarding calendar tied to performance data and present early progress and insights to Sales leadership.
  • Achieve defined adoption metrics for at least one major initiative, demonstrate a measurable productivity result from an AI-powered workflow, and create a data-based plan to expand or retire it.
  • Demonstrate early indicators of revenue impact, such as improved discovery quality, pipeline hygiene, or attach rate.
  • Finalize and socialize a 6–12 month Account Executive enablement strategy, including future AI-powered workflows tied to ongoing gap analysis.

About the Company

ChowNow

Centralizes first- and third-party online orders

ChowNow builds online ordering platforms for independent restaurants. Its system connects orders from a restaurant’s own website, Facebook, Google, and ChowNow’s site into a single dashboard so owners don’t need multiple devices. It processes both first-party orders (directly from the restaurant) and third-party orders (from partners) in one place. Unlike many rivals, ChowNow does not charge commissions on orders; instead it earns revenue from subscription plans and service charges. It mainly serves small to mid-sized independent restaurants, helping them simplify ordering and improve the customer experience. Its goal is to provide a cost-effective, centralized online ordering solution that reduces fees and makes it easier for restaurants to manage orders.
