A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
Texas state bar certification.
At least 3 years of premises liability, workplace injury, or related legal experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational and planning skills, including time management and maintaining order.
Responsibilities
Represent clients who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence.
Meet with clients, take depositions, negotiate settlements, prepare for trial, and advocate for injured people.
Understand clients’ stories, fears, frustrations, and the impact of injuries on their families and livelihoods, and guide them throughout the legal process.
Work on cases for clients and protect them from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
Manage caseloads proactively and provide exemplary customer service to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to foster productive relationships with the support team and align the pod with company goals and objectives.
Act assertively on behalf of clients and work to achieve their goals.

What You’ll Do: You may have a good idea of what a personal injury attorney does: meet with clients, take depositions, negotiate settlements, prepare for trial, and advocate for injured people. As a personal injury attorney, you will represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence. You will learn your clients' stories: their fears, frustrations, and the impact these injuries have on their families and livelihoods. You will become their advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process. With the support of a dedicated attorney team captain and a culture focused on personal and professional growth, you will help clients rebuild their lives

What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
State bar certification in Texas
3+ years of premises liability/workplace injury experience or related legal experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational skills and planning – Being organized is essential. The candidate should be a planner, able to adapt to structuring tasks, managing time, and maintaining order.

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
