Requirements

A Master’s or PhD degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with strong expertise in radar engineering, signal processing, and machine learning.
Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS systems and algorithm development.
A solid understanding of signal processing and communication systems, including modulation schemes, angle-of-arrival estimation, and beamforming techniques.
A solid background in connectivity, radio frequency, millimeter-wave radar, UWB, or similar wireless technologies.
Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and problem-solving ability.
The ability to structure complex problem-solving processes.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Drive the development of reference solutions and proof-of-concepts for innovative UWB radar use cases, including parking assistance, seat belt reminders, and occupant monitoring.
Design, implement, and validate advanced radar algorithms, simulations, and prototypes for next-generation UWB applications.
Work with system architects and product engineers to provide technical support and drive the definition and realization of new automotive UWB use cases.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, FAE, and Product Engineering teams to support new product introductions and accelerate market adoption.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, collect requirements, and identify opportunities in Automotive and Industrial UWB applications.
Develop and deliver technical documentation, system-level support materials, and training content to support knowledge sharing and customer enablement.

Requirements:

Proficient in programming languages including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB, with hands-on experience in RTOS system and algorithm development
Solid understanding of signal processing and communication systems, including modulation schemes, angle of arrival estimation, and beamforming techniques.
Solid background in connectivity, RF, mm Wave Radar or UWB or similar wireless technologies
Knowledge of semiconductor and Automotive markets is an advantage
Strong analytical skills, system thinking, and problem-solving mindset
Proven ability to structure complex problem-solving processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
