About the job

Requirements
  • Approximately 8–12+ years of relevant experience across technical account management, solution engineering or PreSales, customer success, partner management, API integrations, telecom, fintech, payments, digital commerce, or data and operational performance analysis.
  • Experience working with mobile operators, telecom platforms, digital distribution, payments, or high-volume transaction platforms is valuable.
  • Ability to work with REST APIs and integrations, authentication mechanisms, webhooks and transaction flows, HTTP responses and error handling, API testing tools such as Postman, databases and SQL, transaction and application logs, and data analysis and reporting.
  • Sufficient technical ability to independently understand integrations, investigate issues, and communicate effectively with Engineering teams; software development experience is not required.
  • Fluent Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Strong professional English communication skills are required.
  • Must be based in Singapore or Beijing and undertake regional travel as required.
  • Ability to analyze data, move between commercial, technical, and operational discussions, take ownership of issues through resolution, engage senior customers and partners, manage multiple initiatives, communicate clearly, operate amid ambiguity, build cross-cultural relationships, and investigate problems directly.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical and operational partner to APAC Commercial teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical and product requirements and determine how DT One platforms and capabilities can support them.
  • Participate in customer discussions requiring technical, integration, product, or operational knowledge.
  • Challenge and refine requirements before they reach Product and Engineering teams.
  • Analyze transactional and commercial data to identify revenue trends, product performance, transaction success rates, error patterns, and changes in customer behaviour; determine underlying reasons for customer growth or decline and work with internal and external teams to address issues or opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key regional customers and act as a senior escalation point for technical and operational matters.
  • Maintain understanding of strategic customers, their integrations, product portfolios, and performance; work with customers and Commercial teams to improve integrations, operational performance, and engagement.
  • Develop relationships with mobile operators and strategic partners across APAC; work with their commercial, product, technical, and operational teams to understand platforms, resolve issues, coordinate changes, and identify opportunities to expand services.
  • Own the initial review of new regional vendor and partner integrations, including APIs, documentation, authentication, transaction flows, error handling, and operational requirements; resolve gaps or ambiguities with external partners.
  • Validate integrations before handover to Engineering and remain involved during development and testing when external-partner coordination is needed.
  • Coordinate APAC initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, drive discussions to conclusions, remove blockers, maintain clear ownership, and ensure regional activities progress; own outcomes rather than merely facilitate discussions.
  • Lead and develop Partner & Customer Success resources in APAC, including existing PreSales capabilities; guide customer engagements, integrations, performance investigations, and escalations.
  • Establish consistent regional practices for technical discovery, onboarding, partner management, performance analysis, and integration handover.
Desired Qualifications
