Requirements
  • Five to eight or more years of experience in contract administration or a related role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and business practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and contract management software.
  • Experience working in Salesforce.
  • Ability to draft and review contracts.
  • Ability to assess risk.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Ability to manage data.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales agreements, including drafting, execution, renewal, and termination, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to prepare, draft, and tailor SaaS agreements that meet client requirements and sales goals.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to manage sales agreements, streamline workflows, maintain compliance, and facilitate timely execution.
  • Uphold contracting standards and ensure agreements adhere to legal requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Work with Sales Leadership to prioritize agreements, coordinate approvals, and finalize contract terms in collaboration with Legal.
  • Implement new contract acceptance policies and procedures to improve efficiency across Contracts, Sales, and Legal.
  • Use Salesforce to generate, oversee, and update contracts while maintaining data hygiene and integrity.
