Requirements

A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
At least one year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, field sales, or consumer financing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-focused attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Willingness to visit customer locations.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Self-motivation and a goal-oriented approach.
Proficiency with digital tools, tablets, and customer relationship management systems.
Very good English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Responsibilities

Approach potential customers in stores and field locations to promote financing products.
Explain product features and guide customers through the financing application process.
Fulfill sales requests generated in stores or through field outreach, handling them promptly and professionally.
Accurately enter and submit data through the digital application system.
Respond to customer requests made in retail locations or through off-site channels.
Visit customer locations to deliver financed products and complete the required paperwork, finalizing the process at the customer's convenience.
Represent the company professionally during on-site visits and maintain high service standards.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential leads generated from stores or field outreach to convert them into sales.
Ensure customer interactions and applications comply with internal policies and quality standards.
Collect, verify, and correctly upload all required documentation.
Provide supervisors with daily updates on activities, leads, and conversions.
Report field challenges or feedback that could improve service delivery.
Coordinate with teammates and field supervisors to ensure efficient territory coverage.
Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in retail, field sales, or consumer financing is preferred.

What you will do

Work closely with teammates and field supervisors to ensure efficient territory coverage.
Support team initiatives and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail, field sales, or consumer financing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Willingness to conduct visits to customer locations.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Proficient in using digital tools, tablets, and CRM systems.
English level: Very Good (B2+/C1).
