Requirements

  • Strong aptitude for storytelling across advertising mediums, with emphasis on social, digital, and direct-to-consumer advertising.

Responsibilities
  • Lead concept development and execution of social, digital, brand, and 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Actively oversee and lead a team of creatives at all levels, mentoring them and developing their skills.
  • Contribute hands-on to programs, mockups, and decks when needed while determining when to lead and when to assist.
  • Serve as a team leader and thought leader for stakeholders and collaborators on brand and messaging.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer targets’ mindsets, attitudes, and behaviors to inform empathetic and strategic executions.
  • Manage the creative process from concept through execution.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and outputs.
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met.
  • Oversee deliverables and adhere to timelines and creative budgets.
  • Represent creative output across the wider organization by presenting to key stakeholders and communicating with internal teams and agencies.
  • Manage multiple projects while staying on deadline and within budget.
  • Review and approve direct reports’ work before seeking approval from senior leadership for dissemination to other departments or clients.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to direct reports, including crafting and delivering performance reviews.
  • Partner with Creative Operations on staff resourcing and scheduling across projects.
  • Work with Client, Strategy, and Media teams to ensure briefs support breakthrough creative grounded in consumer insights and business goals.
