About the job

Requirements
  • Deep, hands-on knowledge of print production, including CMYK and Pantone colour management, dielines, bleed, trap, and ink coverage.
  • Ability to extend existing design systems to new formats and configurations, recognizing when a design does not scale appropriately.
  • High attention to technical detail, including correct spot-colour labelling, bleed, and font outlining.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of live files across multiple projects while staying organised and communicating proactively.
  • Ability to work closely with designers and raise creative or technical concerns clearly and early.
  • Interest in automated workflows and AI-assisted tools for template generation, asset management, or variant creation.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare print-ready artwork files from approved designs for packaging formats including boxes, sleeves, wraps, labels, tubes, tins, and tissue.

  • Manage artwork to supplier specifications, including bleeds, colour profiles, dielines, and technical tolerances.
  • Liaise with print suppliers on technical queries, amendments, and physical proof sign-off with external partners and the Lead Physical Product Designer.
  • Maintain and organise the own-brand artwork library, including version control, file naming, and asset management.
  • Support the Own Brand Product Designer and Lead Physical Product Designer as the range and design system grow.

About the company

Bloom & Wild is an online florist that delivers fresh, designer-quality flowers in letterbox-sized packaging, so recipients don’t need to be at home to receive them. It serves individuals, businesses, and subscriptions, and ships mainly in the UK with some European delivery. Customers can buy one-off bouquets or subscribe to regular deliveries, with add-ons like vases and chocolates. The company uses data analytics and digital marketing to optimize product offerings and reach customers. Compared to competitors, its key difference is the letterbox packaging that enables contact-free delivery and its combination of single-purchase and subscription models plus corporate services. The goal is to be a leading online flower service known for convenient, predictable delivery and a scalable revenue model through subscriptions and expansion into more markets.

Bloom & Wild (Image: PR) A new collaboration between Marco Pierre White's Steakhouse restaurant in Oxford and online florist Bloom & Wild has brought together fresh seasonal flavours and beautiful blooms. The offer will give new Bloom & Wild customers 20 per cent off, while returning customers can enjoy 15 per cent off their next floral order. The collaboration coincides with the arrival of the restaurant's new seasonal menu, which the business says reflects the "vibrant ingredients and lighter dishes" that accompany the changing of the season. One of the UK's most popular online florists, Bloom & Wild is known for its letterbox flowers and thoughtfully curated bouquets. Paired with the culinary expertise of famed chef and restaurateur Marco Pierre White, the collaboration offers diners something extra special this spring. Venue director Madalina Duminica said: "This is a fabulous way to not only step into spring, but to come and try its brand-new seasonal menu. "Bursting with fresh, vibrant dishes, it's the perfect excuse to enjoy a meal that's been overseen by the great Marco Pierre White. "And to make guests' visit even more special, the new partnership with Bloom & Wild will help bring a little extra joy."
