Requirements

  • Applicants must be male or female and 18–25 years old.
  • Applicants must have a service-oriented attitude and responsibility for their duties.
  • Applicants must have a pleasant, cheerful personality, communicate clearly, and work energetically.
  • Applicants must be able to work shifts.
  • Applicants must have completed at least Mathayom 3 (lower secondary education).

Responsibilities

  • Scoop ice cream attractively and to Swensen's operating standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the ice cream storage cabinet in working condition and check that its temperature meets standards.
  • Maintain ice cream quality by checking its temperature with a thermometer according to standards.
  • Keep all work equipment and tools clean, ready for use, and cleaned according to hygiene principles.
  • Keep the work area clean and free of foreign objects and insects.
  • Use ice cream containers correctly according to standards.
  • Scoop ice cream in the standard portion size specified in the product manual.
  • Maintain beverage quality according to standards and ensure adequate supply throughout sales.
  • Maintain and arrange ice cream according to the flavor layout plan.
  • Maintain and arrange ice cream cakes according to the display-case layout plan.
  • Take orders and prepare products to standards for dine-in and takeaway customers.
  • Coordinate with ice cream decorators and cashiers so customers receive ice cream to standard.
  • Maintain personal attire, cleanliness, and hygiene according to company standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant according to company standards.
  • Follow organizational safety standards and regulations.
  • Follow organizational rules and discipline, and comply with supervisor instructions.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the shift manager.
  • Perform other duties assigned in the daily work schedule.

Desired Qualifications

  • Restaurant service experience will be considered an advantage.
