Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience substituted for education, is required.
  • Six years of required experience.
  • Knowledge and skills in business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness.
  • Knowledge and skills in developing and delivering learning and development programming for adults in professional settings.
  • Interest and experience in adult learning and development, including representing the KNN Framework for Flourishing and the KNN approach to Bridging Across Differences.
  • Ability to create educational materials and content for adult participants in multiple modalities, especially in-person and synchronous virtual experiences.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate, think critically, and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to occasionally lift moderate-weight materials and continuously stand or walk when required.
  • Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication; occasional ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the ongoing development, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs and learning experiences for the Bridging Across Differences Initiative and the KNN FOREST learning consortium.
  • Represent the KNN Framework for Flourishing and the KNN approach to Bridging Across Differences in program responsibilities.
  • Use a relational approach in program management and coordination duties.
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues and subject matter experts to develop educational, marketing, website, learning management system, form, and report materials.
  • Manage work with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate partner expertise, experiences, learning content, and scenarios into program content.
  • Own scheduling and experience management for the Bridging Across Differences learning experiences, including development, implementation, program administration, partner coordination, and planning meetings.
  • Lead program scoping and planning discussions with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop program outlines, learning objectives, and materials.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement evaluations and metrics measuring program effectiveness and impact.
  • Bring forward ideas and approaches for learning experiences supporting the Bridging Across Differences initiative and the KNN FOREST learning consortium.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, virtual and in-person learning experiences, and special events.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program and learning experience data.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive program databases and files.
  • Coordinate and manage program outreach, including liaison activities with partners, participants, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Track and report program data and progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies.
  • Oversee delivery of virtual and in-person learning experiences, with occasional facilitation or moderation.
  • Participate on committees relevant to program advancement.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Six years of experience developing and delivering in-person and synchronous virtual learning and development experiences for adults in professional settings.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories.
  • Visual and technical design skills, including designing slides, writing instructional text, developing resource materials, and scripting videos.
  • Knowledge and experience working creatively and resourcefully with learning management technology.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort speaking and collaborating with professional groups and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain a fast pace and manage multiple demands under pressure by prioritizing, collaborating, communicating, and focusing on results.
  • Initiative, exceptional organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills when working with leaders and professionals, including medical and health professions education faculty and staff.
  • Alignment with the KNN mission and adaptability in an environment of continuous improvement.
  • High relational service orientation and the ability to solve problems independently.
