IQVIA MedTech introduces Surgical Collaboration Platform to help scale surgeon education. IQVIA MedTech is highlighting its Surgical Collaboration Platform (SCP), a purpose-built platform designed to help MedTech organizations coordinate and track peer-to-peer surgeon education across the engagement lifecycle. As medical device companies introduce increasingly sophisticated devices, robotic systems, implants and surgical tools, clinician education can play a critical role in supporting technology adoption. However, the infrastructure behind these programs can remain fragmented, with education teams coordinating faculty availability, learner requests, scheduling, credentialing and documentation across spreadsheets, email and disconnected systems. The IQVIA MedTech Surgical Collaboration Platform is designed to bring those activities into a more connected workflow. The platform helps clinicians and education teams manage surgeon requests, credentialing, host-surgeon identification, faculty and site availability, scheduling, documentation, training completion and program reporting. The platform is intended to address an infrastructure challenge that can become increasingly complex as new technologies reach additional surgeons, sites and markets. By creating greater visibility across the education journey, IQVIA aims to help MedTech organizations more effectively coordinate and scale surgeon-to-surgeon education.

IQVIA Holdings announced its subsidiary IQVIA Inc. priced an offering of $2 billion in senior notes due 2034. The notes will bear interest at 6.375% per annum, with semi-annual payments beginning 15 March 2027, and mature on 15 March 2034. Proceeds will be used to redeem the company's senior 5.000% notes due 2026, repay part of its outstanding revolving credit facility debt, and cover offering fees and expenses. The issuance is expected to close on or about 23 September 2026, subject to customary conditions.
