Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve routine telephone calls from clients and bank employees about client accounts and related services, following established policies, procedures, and service quality standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of bank products and services to address client inquiries and identify opportunities to attract, retain, and expand client relationships.
  • Interpret and explain bank charges, policies, procedures, special programs, and rates, and initiate appropriate transactions to satisfy client requests.
  • Resolve routine client service issues promptly by reviewing issues, researching them, and initiating resolutions within established guidelines.
  • Inform clients about the causes of problems and explain corrective actions being taken.
  • Advise management of irregular or recurring problems and suggest service improvements for the call center.
  • Follow established bank policies, procedures, and guidelines for transaction processing and client service.
  • Protect the bank’s assets and income and maintain the confidentiality of client information.
  • Follow the bank’s information security policies and procedures.
  • Obtain and monitor bank account documentation.
  • Promote the bank’s philosophy of excellent client service.
  • Support the Community Reinvestment Act through participation in community organizations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of bank regulations and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

August 7, 2026 SACRAMENTO, Calif. - River City Bank (NASDAQ: RCBC) (the "Bank") today announced the successful completion of its initial public offering (IPO) of 2,700,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $45.00 per share. The Bank's common stock began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "RCBC" on August 6, 2026. The offering consisted solely of existing shares held by two of the Bank's long-time shareholders associated with the family of the Bank's founder, Jon Kelly.
