- The candidate must be a UAE national.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience in UAE immigration, mobility, or Human Resources operations is required.
- Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes, including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA frameworks, and knowledge of Emiratization rules is required.
- Experience working with external immigration providers and government authorities is required.
- Experience working with Nafis job boards is required.
- Experience working with Human Resources systems such as Workday and service management tools is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of English, written and spoken, is required.
- The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage UAE immigration operations through internal coordination, case administration, data collection, documentation review, and timely follow-up.
- Support in-country immigration processing by verifying that company data, approvals, and employee documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Coordinate with Global Mobility and Immigration, Country Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, employees, and the immigration provider to progress cases and align Emiratization hiring across UAE entities.
- Coordinate with the Country Human Resources Leader and business stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, data accuracy, and process discipline.
- Review and validate employee and case information, including contracts, salary details, job titles, employment terms, and documentation required for UAE immigration processing.
- Monitor immigration case progress, government notifications, timelines, dependencies, and outstanding actions to ensure timely completion and mitigate delays.
- Follow up on missing documentation, pending approvals, UAE Pass actions, electronic-signature approvals, medical examinations, biometrics, and other employee or internal requirements.
- Follow up on government queries and notifications, including communications from MOHRE and other ministries, in coordination with the immigration provider and Country Human Resources Leader.
- Coordinate across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and the immigration provider, ensuring ownership, alignment, and timely escalations.
- Capture funding details and cost-center information through engagement with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate delays, risks, exceptions, and complex matters to the Global Mobility and Immigration team when required.
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for the immigration provider, ensuring complete case submissions, disciplined execution, and timely issue resolution.
- Liaise with the immigration provider and UAE authorities, including MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA, to support immigration filings, compliance requirements, and workplace inspections or site visits.
- Maintain defined escalation channels and formal processes and tools for case tracking and employee queries.
- Ensure policy-related decisions align with Global Mobility and Immigration governance.
- Support EMEA personnel administration activities by preparing, distributing, and maintaining accurate employee data updates and documentation in Human Resources systems.
- Support EMEA Human Resources Services case management by handling employee inquiries, maintaining case records, and ensuring timely resolution in line with service standards.
