About the company

Bonusly is a software-as-a-service platform that helps organizations improve workplace culture and employee engagement through peer-to-peer recognition and rewards. Employees can recognize each other for contributions, and these recognitions can be redeemed for rewards. The platform works by offering a social recognition feed where peers give points or awards, which can be exchanged for a catalog of rewards. Bonusly operates on a subscription model, with monthly or annual fees charged to organizations. It also provides analytics and insights for managers and HR leaders to track recognition trends, morale, retention, and productivity. Compared to other HR tools, Bonusly centers on continuous peer recognition and rewards, rather than just HR processes, helping organizations of all sizes foster a positive culture and data-driven people decisions.

Bonusly launches Bizy, an AI agent that surfaces recognition moments to strengthen team connections

Bonusly, a recognition and rewards platform used by over 3,400 companies, has launched Bizy, an AI agent designed to help teams identify and act on recognition opportunities. Unlike chatbot-based tools, Bizy operates continuously as a standing agent, monitoring activity across project management systems, chat platforms, and Bonusly itself to surface moments when colleagues deserve recognition. The launch addresses growing concerns about AI's impact on workplace connections. According to Workday's 2026 Human Connection Workplace Index, 43% of employees cite reduced human interaction as their primary AI-related concern, surpassing job loss fears. Bizy analyses culture data across multiple systems to recommend co-workers to connect with and recognition opportunities teams might otherwise miss. The tool is now available to Bonusly customers as part of the platform's existing suite.
