- A bachelor's degree in any major.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in a financial company.
- Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

- Hold both a SIM A and SIM C license and own a personal vehicle.
- Acquire, liaise with, and maintain relationships with local merchants.
- Train merchants on Indodana product knowledge, the merchant dashboard, and basic tax processes.
- Propose and drive the implementation of new and recurring merchant programs to improve company top-line metrics.
- Support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement by working with merchants.
- Identify and research merchants and maintain relationships with them.
- Analyze market updates and develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends, and competitor activity.
- Research ways to increase the value of products for clients, including missing features, improvements, and client feedback.
- Create partnerships with regional brands, online merchants, payment gateways, and other partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of both the company’s product and partners’ products to create successful partnerships.
- Prepare customized presentations for potential partners that are engaging and accurate.
- A broad network among local brands and retail merchants.
