Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, and SharePoint.
  • At least ten years of experience working at the brigade and higher levels, including five years specifically at the Army Commands or Army Service Component Commands level.
  • An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze equipping guidance and interface with Army Commands, Army Service Component Commands, and Direct Reporting Unit Commands to coordinate, synchronize, and implement equipping and modernization guidance and concepts at the operational and strategic levels.
  • Synchronize and integrate Army Materiel Command readiness support to enable, sustain, and project a Multi-Domain Operations-capable and ready force and provide a training and doctrine management program covering training policies, procedures, and requirements to standardize Army doctrine while ensuring resources are available to sustain and enhance the Command workforce.
  • Support analysis for the Fleet Management Expansion, complete documentation for Total Army Readiness Reviews, participate in the Army Strategic Readiness Assessment, and support Focused Unit Readiness initiatives.
  • Develop reports and briefings and present information to senior leaders.
  • Operate and manage tools including Global Combat Support System-Army and Decision Support Tool.
  • Support initiatives to improve materiel readiness reporting of fielded weapons systems and ensure deficiencies are documented and reported.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
