Requirements
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in desktop support and administration, including supporting, troubleshooting, and managing workstations, monitors, video teleconferencing equipment, and printers.
- Three years of experience installing software, patching software, and troubleshooting software configuration.
- Two years of experience with printer support and maintenance.
- Three years of experience with equipment inventory management and the equipment turn-in process.
- A TS/SCI clearance with SBI and the ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances.
- DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II / Intermediate certification.
Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, and manage workstations, monitors, video teleconferencing equipment, and printers.
- Install and patch software and troubleshoot software configuration.
- Support and maintain printers.
- Manage equipment inventory and the equipment turn-in process.
