Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of cross-functional software engineering projects contributing to the Apple Online Store platform.

  • Interest in and early experience supporting delivery process improvements, including introducing or reinforcing iterative practices and metrics-driven tracking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with basic governance concepts and program health metrics, such as scope coverage and sprint velocity, and comfort building simple tracking views or dashboards.
  • Exposure to project budget tracking or resource planning support across team initiatives.
  • Foundational technical understanding, including familiarity with engineering workflows, application programming interfaces, and cloud-based systems; deep architectural expertise is not required.
  • Exposure to coordinating with external vendors or partners, ideally across regions or time zones.
