  • Monday & Thursday: 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
  • 15–29 hours per week

  Full-Time Float Position #1

  • Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM–7:30 PM

  Full-Time Float Position #2

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
  • Friday: 2:00 PM–9:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide compassionate support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for individuals receiving services.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Encourage independence while providing respectful, person-centered support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behaviors, or overall well-being
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to provide comprehensive support
• Step in where needed as a float DSP to support residents and teams across the program

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Previous medical, caregiving, healthcare, DSP, CNA, PCA, or related experience preferred but not required
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to adapt to different environments and build positive relationships with residents and team members
