About the company

Ameba provides an AI-driven platform that creates real-time visibility and actionable insights for complex supply chains. It automatically extracts data from unstructured sources such as emails, PDFs, and messages in multiple languages and consolidates it into a single source of truth. The platform integrates with existing workflows and systems like ERP and PLM, while AI agents reduce manual data entry and help predict disruptions. Its goal is to turn fragmented supply chains into growth by improving on-time delivery and operational efficiency across sectors like fashion, CPG, and home decor.

Ameba raises $7M for AI supply chain

London-based startup Ameba has raised a $7.1 million seed round led by VC firm Hedosophia. Ameba uses generative AI to enhance retail supply chains by extracting and analyzing unstructured data, predicting disruptions, and reducing manual data input by 30%. The platform aims to improve efficiency and address issues like incorrect pricing and stock shortages in traditional retail systems. Co-founders Cedrik Hoffmann and Craig Massie highlight the use of multi-step AI agents and foundational models, including OpenAI's.
