Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Influencer Manager in a social, influencer, or creative agency.

Responsibilities
  • Co-lead and own the identification, evaluation, and selection of French-speaking creators and user-generated content talent aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Manage talent outreach, communications, and relationship building in French.
  • Lead talent fee negotiations and oversee talent and user-generated content contracting for accuracy and compliance with brand and legal requirements.
  • Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate influencer logistics, including content timelines, deliverables, and third-party providers such as production, gifting, and sampling.
  • Brief creators on campaign strategy, brand tone, deliverables, and approval workflows.
  • Maintain day-to-day coordination and escalate issues or delays as needed.
  • Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise content, creators, and investment.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate influencer performance against campaign objectives.
  • Monitor platform changes, industry developments, and creator economy trends.
  • Input, update, and manage influencer data in platforms such as CreatorIQ, maintaining accurate fields, tags, and records.
  • Maintain central documentation, administrative records, and tracking sheets.
  • Manage influencer budgets and forecasting, ensuring spend is tracked accurately and efficiently.
  • Drive commercial value throughout campaign planning and execution.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional influencer activations.
  • Manage invoices, contracts, usage rights, and financial documentation accurately.
  • Work with Creative, Strategy, Paid Media, Talent, and Production teams to align influencer output with campaign goals.
  • Ensure creator content meets brand, creative, and quality standards before approval and publishing.
  • Share market and cultural insights on French audience behaviours and platform trends.

MiniMBA founder invests $2.5M in Brave Bison, raising stake to 7%

Brave Bison has received a £2 million investment from Professor Mark Ritson, founder of MiniMBA, after his investment vehicle exercised an option to purchase 4,081,632 new shares at 49 pence each. The transaction increases Ritson's stake to 7% of the company's enlarged share capital. The newly issued shares are subject to a lock-up period until July 2027 and will be admitted to trading on AIM on 18 June. Following admission, Brave Bison will have 116,319,751 ordinary shares in issue. The capital strengthens the company's balance sheet and net cash position, providing flexibility to support growth initiatives. Management highlighted strong organic performance of the MiniMBA platform and recent major contract wins as evidence of momentum across the group's operations.

Brave Bison acquires 28% stake in System1 for $1.7M plus share swap at 5.2x EV/EBITDA

Brave Bison Group has acquired a 28% stake in marketing effectiveness firm System1 Group through a share-for-share exchange with founder John Kearon and £1.3 million in on-market purchases. The blended acquisition price of 242 pence per System1 share represents a 5.2x FY26e EV/EBITDA multiple. Kearon exchanged his 2.9 million System1 shares for 9.8 million new Brave Bison shares at 74 pence each, giving him 8.7% of Brave Bison's enlarged share capital. He has agreed to an 18-month lock-up period. The investment is expected to boost Brave Bison's adjusted profit after tax by approximately 5% on a pro-forma basis. System1 is projected to hold £12 million in net cash as of 31 March 2026. The new shares will begin trading on AIM on 4 March 2026.

Brave Bison makes strategic investment in creative effectiveness platform System1

Brave Bison Limited has made a strategic investment in System1, a creative effectiveness platform, through a share-for-share exchange with founder John Kearon, System1's largest shareholder. The companies remain separate but are now more closely aligned. Founded in 2000, System1 serves major global brands including Sky, Google, Waitrose and Subway. Its flagship product, Test Your Ad, measures emotional responses to advertising and scores creative against a database of over 120,000 adverts and 18 million emotional responses. The partnership aims to combine Brave Bison's marketing consultancy expertise with System1's behavioural science and predictive effectiveness frameworks. Kearon said he believes Brave Bison's support will help System1 fulfil its growth potential, whilst Brave Bison's Executive Chairman Oli Green highlighted significant strategic alignment and opportunities to innovate together.

Brave Bison has acquired MTM London Limited for an initial £6 million, comprising £5 million in cash and £1 million in shares. An additional £6 million may be paid over five years, making the total potential consideration £12 million. The acquisition boosts Brave Bison's pro-forma adjusted EBITDA to £9.4 million and net revenue to £44 million. MTM, a leader in developer consultancy, generated £8.3 million in net revenue and £1.3 million in adjusted EBITDA in 2024.
