- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience, skills, and education, including relevant non-traditional degree programs, certifications, or job training programs, preferred.
- At least 2 years of retirement plan experience.
- Assist with retirement plan administration by uploading contribution files, resolving file errors, navigating retirement provider websites, and remitting payments.
- Support the Vensure Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) and Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) through daily administration, including reviewing and approving distributions and participant loans, enrolling new participants, and correcting contribution errors.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding 401(k) administration, providing subject-matter expertise and support for Vensure products and services.
- Follow and create process documents to ensure consistent, accurate procedures.
- Partner with retirement vendors to perform due diligence on MEP and PEP plans and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Client Relations, Benefits, and other departments to ensure timely administration of retirement plans.
- Coordinate year-end compliance testing and reporting for various 401(k) plans.
- Provide annual Form 5500 and audit support.
- Maintain accuracy while working with high volumes in a hyper-growth environment.
- Group retirement plan (MEP/PEP) experience is a plus.
- Retirement-related credentials such as ASPPA or CEBS are a plus.
- Prism HRIS software experience is a plus.
