About the job
- Demonstrated experience as an industrial or commercial cleaning operator.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and pressure-washing equipment.
- Ability and medical clearance to work at height on roofs without vertigo or balance problems.
- Physical fitness for prolonged physical effort, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Ability to organize work, pay attention to detail, and perform tasks independently.
- Time-management and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of and compliance with factory-specific occupational health and safety rules.
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Ability to use pressure-washing equipment and prepare cleaning solutions in the correct quantities while following safety rules.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment throughout the work shift.
- Pressure-wash factory halls, floors, and equipment using VAP-type machines.
- Clean and periodically maintain rooftop surfaces while working at height.
- Check work equipment and report malfunctions to the team leader.
- Record completed activities on work forms and take care of tools.
- Dispose of waste correctly in accordance with environmental rules.
- Follow occupational safety rules, particularly those for working at height.
- Immediately report hazards observed in the work area.
