- Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, robust, production-grade code.
- Ability to collaborate and execute within a fast-paced engineering team using agile development sprints.
- Ability to learn and work across a diverse microservices-based architecture.
- Ability to ramp up on React, Redux, React Native, Node.js, and MongoDB, and build features end to end for client-facing web and native applications.
- Ability to conduct peer code reviews of fellow developers in the Full Stack Engineering team.
- Work closely with the marketing and engineering teams on cross-functional projects.
- Act as a liaison with Google and Facebook APIs to optimize marketing efforts across AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
- Build online and offline conversion-optimization integrations with the Facebook API.
- Optimize Google Analytics e-commerce goals and actions.
- Update Google Tag Manager with memory-efficient, SEO-optimized JavaScript tags.
- Write robust JavaScript or TypeScript for growth hacks and marketing projects.
- Strategize and define new growth-hacking projects.
- Exposure to growth marketing or digital marketing at a fast-paced startup.
- Two to three years of JavaScript experience.
