Requirements

Applicants must be 18 to 45 years old.
Candidates must possess at least SPM or a Diploma in any field.
No formal experience is required; prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning driver routes using zonal or manual routing.
Assist the Station Head with daily station tasks, including receiving and returning shipments, sorting, van inbound processing, Latlong Parcel tasks, PETs ticket creation, route monitoring, route inbound processing, and banking in COD money when the Station Head is absent.
Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions related to Fleet Operations.
Assist the Station Head in ensuring all required documents are properly kept and updated.
Assist the Station Head in maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness.
Comply with the Ninja Van Code of Conduct.
Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies and Quality Objectives.
Carry out other tasks as instructed by a superior.
Conform to Quality Management System, occupational health and safety management system, and GDPMD system requirements.
Take care of personal safety and the safety of others.
Participate in quality management, occupational health and safety, and GDPMD-related programs, including training, campaigns, and induction.

Desired Qualifications

Prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous.

Salary Range: 2050 to 2300 (Currency: MYR) (Pay period: per-month-salary)

Job Description

Assist in planning the driver route (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing).
Assist Station Head in Stations’s daily routine task :

a. Receive & Return shipment

b. Sorting

c. Van Inbound

d. Latlong Parcel

e. PETs Ticket creation

f. Route Monitoring

g. Route Inbound

h. Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)

Job Requirements

Age from 18 - 45 years old only.
