- Keep the pharmacy neat, clean, and organized, and stock it with required supplies.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

Orsini has been named a specialty pharmacy partner for Priovant's LISRAYA (brepocitinib), the first FDA-approved targeted therapy for dermatomyositis. The once-daily oral treatment is designed for adults with this rare autoimmune inflammatory disease. Dermatomyositis causes painful skin rashes, muscle weakness, and systemic complications including lung and cardiac disease. LISRAYA was tested in VALOR, the largest placebo-controlled dermatomyositis trial conducted, where patients showed improvement across disease measures including muscle strength and functional disability. "The approval of LISRAYA represents an incredible step forward for these patients," said Orsini CEO Brandon Tom. Priovant's Chief Operating Officer Daniel Herz-Roiphe noted the approval brings new hope to a population with previously limited treatment options. Orsini has provided rare disease pharmacy solutions since 1987.
Orsini, a specialty pharmacy focused on rare diseases, has been selected as the contracted specialty pharmacy for Gilead's Hepcludex (bulevirtide-gmod), a treatment for chronic hepatitis delta virus infection in adults. The therapy received accelerated FDA approval for patients without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis. Hepatitis delta, a co-infection affecting people with hepatitis B, is the most severe form of viral hepatitis and impacts approximately 40,000 people in the US. Hepcludex is a first-in-class entry inhibitor delivered via subcutaneous injection that demonstrated statistically significant improvement in clinical trials. Orsini has been selected as the exclusive specialty pharmacy and home infusion partner for Denali Therapeutics' AVLAYAH (tividenofusp alfa-eknm), an FDA-approved enzyme replacement therapy for treating neurologic manifestations of Hunter syndrome in paediatric patients. AVLAYAH is a brain-penetrant therapy designed to break down glycosaminoglycans, sugar molecules that accumulate in patients with mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS II), a genetic metabolic condition causing progressive cellular damage affecting physical abilities, organ function and cognitive development. Orsini will provide comprehensive home infusion support, allowing patients to receive therapy at home under healthcare provider supervision. The treatment marks the fifth MPS therapy in Orsini's Neurology Centre of Excellence, which has served MPS patients for over 16 years.
Orsini has been named the single-source specialty pharmacy partner for Glaukos' Epioxa, a novel corneal cross-linking treatment for keratoconus, a rare eye disease that thins the cornea and causes vision distortion. Epioxa, which received FDA approval in October 2025, is an oxygen-enriched topical therapy bioactivated by UV light. Unlike traditional procedures, it does not require removal of the corneal epithelium, reducing pain and streamlining recovery whilst delivering clinical outcomes. LOARGYS is the first therapy approved to lower arginine in patients aged two years and older with Arginase 1 Deficiency, an ultra-rare metabolic disease affecting approximately 250 people in the US. Through this partnership, Orsini will assist patients, caregivers and healthcare providers with medication access, insurance coverage and financial assistance. LOARGYS is indicated for treating hyperargininemia in adult and paediatric patients with ARG1-D, used alongside dietary protein restriction.
