About the job
- A completed degree in business informatics, computer science/information technology, or engineering, or IT training with an equivalent qualification through relevant professional and project experience.
- Comprehensive experience in IT implementation projects, preferably in private health insurance.
- Knowledge and experience designing and implementing integration scenarios across large enterprise application landscapes, mainframes, client-server environments, cloud environments, diverse operating systems, compliance, and security strategies.
- Ability to transform complex technologies into user-friendly, performant, and maintainable structures and think in customer-oriented end-to-end processes.
- Experience in quality management, including test design, automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Good spoken and written German and English skills at approximately B2-C1 level.
- Model and structure business solution scenarios, business processes, and IT capabilities to establish the basis for viable and implementable IT solutions for private health insurance.
- Design future-oriented, scalable business processes together with cross-functional teams in the agile release train.
- Develop business-architecture target models, structure business processes, capabilities, and business domains, and ensure their translation into connected IT solutions using ARIS, Alfabet, and Archer.
- Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, artificial-intelligence and agentic solutions, and process optimization, and assess their benefits, feasibility, and risks for the business department.
- Lead quality management by introducing high-quality IT solutions, establishing standards, metrics, and reviews, and securing sustainable quality.
- Monitor technology trends, evaluate solutions, and derive well-founded recommendations for the organization's vision.
- Work closely with product managers, product owners, security, and operations; orchestrate dependencies in the agile release train and ensure smooth cross-team implementation.
- Experience in IT implementation projects in the private health-insurance sector.
