Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of overall IT industry experience and at least 3 years of Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or Identity Governance and Administration implementation and administration experience are required.
  • Experience with all Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration modules and implementation of the platform's artificial-intelligence capabilities is required.
  • Technical expertise in authentication and authorization, identity and access management, access governance, and privileged account management is required.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect is required.
  • Strong scripting skills using SQL, REST APIs, PowerShell, XML, JavaBean, or similar technologies are required.
  • Experience with privileged access management systems and security controls is required.
  • Familiarity with directory services such as Active Directory and Red Hat Directory Service is required.
  • Familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud environments and IAM solution integration is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access certifications, segregation of duties, role-based access control, and role engineering is required.
  • Experience with workflow automation, provisioning, and application onboarding is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Security Posture Management and Agentic Identity Governance for human, non-human, and AI agent identities is required.
  • Experience governing AI agents and non-human identities across platforms such as Microsoft is required.
  • Understanding of SOX, audit, compliance, and access governance controls is required.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are required.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and administer Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and segregation of duties.
  • Design and maintain role-based access controls, role engineering, and access governance policies.
  • Integrate Saviynt with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, and enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion Cloud using REST APIs, SCIM, JDBC, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
  • Develop automation solutions using SQL, PowerShell, Python, and APIs to streamline provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes.
  • Troubleshoot identity and access management issues, perform root cause analysis, and support platform enhancements.
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing access governance controls, certification evidence, and reporting.
  • Analyze business requirements and design and deploy application integrations with the Identity Governance and Administration tool.
  • Design, implement, and maintain business approval and fulfillment workflows, access reviews, and application reports.
  • Build, operate, and enhance the Privileged Access Management system and propose enhancements to improve privileged account protection.
  • Lead Enterprise Cybersecurity projects and provide expertise to projects led by others.
  • Design and implement Saviynt processes using intelligent recommendations, AI-driven access reviews, and Savi Copilot to improve process efficiency and user experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience managing or working closely with outsourcing partners and service providers.
  • Experience working in large, global environments with complex business processes and teams across multiple regions.
  • Certification in information technology or information security, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
