Requirements

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
Zero to three years of related work experience is preferred.
Employees must comply with Munson Healthcare vaccination requirements for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella, including lab-confirmed immunity or an approved exemption.
Employees must receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

Fulfill one or more food-service roles, including cashier, meal service attendant, trayline attendant, food preparation, utility-dishroom, nutrition assistant, or patient ambassador.
Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
Comply with all Sodexo Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points policies and procedures.
Attend designated classroom and virtual training programs.
Work on a trayline to distribute food when assigned.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A Day in the Life

The Food Service Worker Level 1 (FSW) may fulfill any of the following roles:
- Cashier
- Meal Service Attendant
- Trayline attendant
- Food Preparation
- Utility-Dishroom
- Nutrition Assistant
- Patient Ambassador
Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training and hazard assessments.

Complies with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.

Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.

May work on a trayline to distribute food.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
