- Partner with attorneys and practice groups to identify and prioritize artificial-intelligence-driven workflow automation opportunities, and translate objectives into solutions and artificial intelligence agents.
- Design, prototype, and deploy artificial-intelligence-powered workflows for document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research.
- Act as a liaison between legal and technical teams, ensuring requirements are met and capabilities are explained.
- Monitor, test, and optimize artificial intelligence workflows, and develop reusable templates and best practices.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support to drive adoption of artificial intelligence tools.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and firm policies.
- Stay current on legal artificial intelligence tools and recommend enhancements.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for the firm's portfolio of artificial-intelligence-enabled products.
- Translate business needs into practical workflows and copilots, build and test solutions, and drive adoption.
- Support adoption and enablement through frontline user support, documentation, testing, issue tracking, feedback capture, and maintenance of user-facing resources.
- Collaborate with Knowledge and Innovation, Information Technology, other departments, and third-party artificial intelligence vendors to support solution deployment and ongoing enhancements.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder are preferred.
- A Juris Doctor, Master of Laws, or professional certification such as Certified Paralegal, Advanced Paralegal Certification, or Professional Paralegal, combined with demonstrated interest in legal technology, is preferred.
- Experience working in a law firm, legal department, or legal technology company and working knowledge of legal terminology are preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Krivinskas counsels global credit funds, banks, and corporations on structured credit, portfolio sales, and securitizations involving consumer, student, commercial, and residential mortgage assets. He also advises on cross-border funding structures integrating the US and European markets. Lovatt represents specialist lenders, banks, and asset managers on a wide range of public and private securitizations, asset-backed financing structures, structured products, and derivative transactions. Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida has appointed three new independent directors to its board and that of its bank subsidiary, Seacoast National Bank. The appointments are part of a board refresh to align with the company's strategic priorities and prepare for anticipated director retirements. Alston & Bird adds former senior FDA official as life sciences partner in Washington. Wednesday, March 25, 2026 Alston & Bird has tapped former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) deputy chief counsel Perham Gorji to join its FDA: Compliance & Enforcement Team and Drug & Device practice, as a partner in Washington, D.C., strengthening the firm's ability to handle enforcement matters, internal investigations, and regulatory disputes involving FDA-regulated medical products. Gorji arrives at the firm from DLA Piper. "Perham brings exceptional insight into how FDA and DOJ enforcement decisions are made," said Rob Stone, partner in Atlanta and chair of Alston & Bird's Health Care Group. "His impressive government experience and sharp judgment strengthen our ability to advise clients facing manufacturing compliance issues, product risks, and high-stakes regulatory challenges." Perham joins Alston & Bird after more than 20 years in senior government roles - including nearly a decade as deputy chief counsel for litigation at the FDA - and subsequent work in the private sector. Earlier, he served as an assistant U.S. attorney and as a trial attorney in the Consumer Protection Branch of the U.S. Department of Justice. Perham's practice spans the full range of FDA-regulated products. As part of the firm's life sciences practice, Perham will work with multinational medical products companies responding to regulatory scrutiny throughout the product lifecycle, including product development, inspections, warning letters, complex enforcement actions, and FDA-related litigation.
