  • At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer or developer in an Agile environment, with a trajectory into technical leadership and modern application architecture.
  • 1–2 years of AI development experience with large language models and AI code-centric models such as Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Hands-on experience integrating large language models such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude via REST APIs; familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering.
  • Deep expertise in modern frontend ecosystems, specifically React JS, TypeScript, and modern CSS/HTML, focused on dynamic, state-heavy, responsive web applications.
  • A strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, and MVC architecture to connect AI frontends with enterprise backend systems.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, explain architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and work autonomously.
  • Experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, architecture, and development of interactive, AI-first frontend systems and custom interfaces using modern frameworks backed by large language model capabilities, accelerating the software development life cycle and reducing time to market.
  • Architect and develop intelligent bots and reusable AI modules to align complex databases and existing enterprise applications.
  • Act as the technical anchor for an Agile Scrum team, lead architectural design sessions, establish coding standards, and implement AI-assisted developer workflows to increase team velocity.

  • Experience migrating or integrating legacy Java technologies, including JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, and JPA, while building new modern frontends.
  • Experience with cloud frameworks, preferably Amazon Web Services, and secure, automated continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using GitHub, Maven, SonarQube, or Tenable.
  • Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, and understanding how to align data structures for AI consumption.
  • Previous experience transitioning traditional robotic process automation into intelligent, AI-driven bot workflows.
