almatar taps AI-native Sabre Mosaic(R) platform to fuel growth and smarter traveler servicing.

almatar taps AI-native Sabre Mosaic(R) platform to fuel growth and smarter traveler servicing. Sabre's technology continues to drive almatar's momentum - including new markets, rising New Distribution Capability (NDC) bookings, and smoother servicing for travelers. SOUTHLAKE, Texas and RIYADH, Saudi Arabia - WEBWIRE - Tuesday, October 6, 2026 A year into its renewed and enhanced partnership with Sabre (NASDAQ: SABR), almatar, one of the fastest-growing online travel agencies in the Middle East, continues to see that technology drive improved business and customer experience results - from entering new markets and growing NDC bookings to faster, more reliable flight servicing for travellers. almatar has expanded its use of Sabre's AI-native Mosaic platform - broadening its use of APIs, NDC capabilities, and a range of shopping, automation and analytics tools designed to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. The platform's modular design means almatar can add new capabilities as needs arise, as it did most recently to strengthen rebooking and servicing capabilities. Sabre's technology is now helping almatar's teams manage flight changes and cancellations faster and more accurately, at a moment when travellers and airlines across the region and beyond are contending with operational and geopolitical uncertainty. The improvement comes from the use of Sabre Mosaic(R) Exchange and Refund and AI-native Sabre Mosaic Flight Reshop, that combined automates the search for alternative flight options and the complex calculations behind flight exchanges - rebooking costs, refund eligibility and disruption waivers - work that would otherwise take significant manual effort for almatar advisors. The result: quicker, more reliable outcomes for travellers when their plans change. almatar has also extended its reach into multiple African markets, while continuing to grow its presence across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Qatar. In addition, it has driven strong growth in Sabre Mosaic NDC bookings, reflecting rising regional demand for modern airline retailing offers. "Our continued partnership with Sabre reflects our shared focus on innovation and growth," said Faisal Alrajhi, CEO & Co-founder, almatar. "By combining Sabre's advanced technology with our ambitious vision, we are well positioned to continue to accelerate our expansion and deliver differentiated value to travellers across the region." almatar has already established itself as a high-growth digital travel platform aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, playing an active role in supporting the Kingdom's ambitions to diversify its economy and strengthen its travel and tourism sector. The expanded partnership with Sabre is enabling almatar to accelerate these efforts. "We're proud to be part of almatar's growth journey. As their strategic technology partner, Sabre is helping support that momentum through continued investment in innovative technology, global reach, and the power of our enterprise platform, delivered with the agility and flexibility of a modern startup tech stack, said Ramzi Al-Qassab, Managing Director for the Middle East, Türkiye, Africa and Eastern Europe."Together, we're enabling innovation in one of the most dynamic travel markets globally. Our expanded agreement underscores almatar's role as one of the region's fastest-growing OTAs, where their unique customer-centric focus on the traveller experience is enabled through the technology driving the next phase of growth across the region's vital travel ecosystem." About almatar Born in Riyadh in 2019, almatar was founded to revolutionise travel through technology, passion, and customer-centric innovation. Sabre opens Sponsored Listings to Koddi's travel media platform.

Sabre opens Sponsored Listings to Koddi's travel media platform. Move makes its 'easier' for suppliers to incorporate the channel into wider media strategies Sabre has made its Sponsored Listings inventory available through Koddi Demand, giving hotel advertisers access to paid placements within the travel technology firm's agency booking workflow. The integration allows hotel brands to manage and measure Sabre Sponsored Listings alongside other travel media campaigns through Koddi Demand. Sponsored Listings enables hotels to promote their properties within the shopping and booking workflow used by travel advisors and corporate travel bookers using Sabre Mosaic Agency Workspace. The placements are designed to give hotel advertisers greater visibility while travel sellers are searching for and selecting accommodation on behalf of customers. Sabre said its Mosaic platform connects travel sellers in more than 190 countries, giving hotel advertisers access to a B2B audience at the point of booking. The integration also brings Sabre's advertising inventory into Koddi Demand's existing media management infrastructure, which supports campaign activation, forecasting, pacing and attribution. Chris Heike, VP of operations and programme management at Koddi, said the integration would allow hotels to add Sabre to broader travel media strategies without creating separate buying and measurement workflows. "Sabre gives advertisers access to an incredibly valuable audience at an important moment in the booking process," he said. John Peebles, general manager of Media at Sabre, said making Sponsored Listings available through Koddi Demand would make it easier for suppliers to incorporate the channel into wider media strategies. The move comes as travel media expands beyond consumer-facing OTAs and metasearch into B2B booking environments, giving suppliers opportunities to pay for visibility within the systems used by travel professionals. Sabre's Sponsored Listings are targeted at travel advisors and travel management companies, while Koddi Demand provides a single technology layer for hotel marketers managing sponsored placements across multiple travel platforms. The integration adds Sabre to Koddi Demand's growing travel media ecosystem as hotel advertisers increasingly look to manage fragmented advertising inventory across marketplaces, OTAs and other travel platforms from a single system.
