Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
Registration as a Radiologic Technologist with one year of diagnostic radiology experience, or registration through the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Magnetic Resonance registry in lieu of American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiologic Technologist certification and diagnostic radiology experience.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

Operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body for neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Desired Qualifications

Registration as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Magnetic Resonance or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists.
One year of training and experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging Program.

Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with one (1) year of experience in diagnostic radiology or ARMRIT (MR) registry or ARRT (MR) only registry in lieu of ARRT (RT) certification and diagnostic radiology experience.

Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support

PREFERRED

Registered MRI Technologist by ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT (MR)

One (1) year of training and experience in MRI.
