RoboMQ launches Hire2Retire IGA on ServiceNow with dedicated identity governance engine

RoboMQ has launched Hire2Retire IGA on ServiceNow, now available on the ServiceNow Store. The solution pairs a dedicated identity governance engine with ServiceNow's existing workflow capabilities through a two-plane architecture. Hire2Retire functions as the control plane, ingesting HR and applicant tracking system events from over 20 systems and provisioning access across hundreds of applications. ServiceNow serves as the engagement plane, handling approval workflows and audit trails without displacing existing platform investments. The companion app provides automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver processing, role-based and attribute-based access control policy evaluation, and AI-driven entitlement discovery. Unlike enterprise IGA suites requiring professional services, Hire2Retire offers self-service deployment with a no-code interface, targeting mid-market organisations seeking lower total cost of ownership.
