Netcore joins hands with GlobalPay for Real-Time Customer Connections.

Netcore joins hands with GlobalPay for Real-Time Customer Connections. Netcore has partnered with WSFx Global Pay Ltd. (GlobalPay) to transform customer engagement by bringing omnichannel marketing automation and a Customer Data Platform (CDP) together on a single platform. The partnership aims to help GlobalPay connect customer data, marketing channels and sales activity, allowing the company to respond to customer intent in real time and create more relevant interactions across the customer journey. GlobalPay, which has more than four decades of experience in forex and remittance services, serves travellers, students and corporate customers across India. Its business involves highly time-sensitive customer needs, including purchasing foreign currency, funding overseas education, reloading forex cards and making international transfers. As part of the transformation, Netcore has brought more than a dozen customer engagement channels onto a unified platform, covering email, SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, app and web push notifications, in-app messaging, web messages, nudges and custom audiences across major digital platforms. This enables GlobalPay's marketing team to create, manage and measure campaigns from a single interface. The implementation also combines customer and business data from multiple sources. Information related to currency orders, forex cards, remittances and leads is integrated with real-time customer activity, allowing GlobalPay to understand customer behaviour and respond while intent is still active. The platform enables behaviour-based customer journeys for situations such as customers starting a currency order without completing payment, abandoning a remittance, checking exchange rates or logging into the platform without taking further action. These triggers allow GlobalPay to deliver more timely and contextually relevant communication. Another key element of the partnership is the integration between customer engagement and sales. Leads generated from customer actions can be sent directly to GlobalPay's CRM, enabling its Inside Sales team to follow up while the customer's requirement is still relevant. The company is also transitioning this closed-loop process from Zoho to Salesforce. The partnership has additionally helped GlobalPay consolidate its transactional and promotional communications across email, SMS and WhatsApp, while creating a foundation for more personalised experiences for different customer groups, including students, travellers and corporate clients. Niraj Shetty, AGM Marketing & Communication, GlobalPay, said, "Over the past few months, we've been through a major customer-engagement transformation, implementing omnichannel marketing automation and a Customer Data Platform. Through every challenge, the Netcore team stood by us with patience, expertise, and genuine commitment. Great platforms help. Great people make it happen." Radhika Mathur, Digital Brand Head, GlobalPay, said, "Our data, our channels, and our sales team were all doing good work in separate rooms. Putting them on one platform meant we could finally act on a customer's intent while it was still live, a rate check in the morning becoming a conversation the same day, not a follow-up next week." Nistha Mishra, Marketing Executive, GlobalPay, said, "The difference shows up in everyday work. We build a campaign across a dozen channels from one panel, watch how customers respond, and change it ourselves. Nothing waits in a queue, and nothing gets lost between systems." Kalpit Jain, CEO, Netcore, said, "Forex and remittance is a business of moments. A customer checking a rate or starting a transfer is telling you exactly what they need, and that window closes fast. What we built with GlobalPay brings their data, their channels, and their sales team onto one platform so that intent turns into a conversation the same day, not a follow-up next week. That's the shift from marketing automation to agentic engagement, and we're proud to be GlobalPay's partner in it." Through the partnership, Netcore and GlobalPay are demonstrating how unified customer data, omnichannel engagement and real-time sales connectivity can help businesses move from traditional marketing automation towards more responsive and intent-driven customer engagement. He also worked closely with reporters to place earned media and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to advance client advocacy efforts. Cornerstone's Public Affairs & Strategic Communications team helps organizations build support, navigate policy and reputational challenges, and drive outcomes that advance business and public policy objectives. As a bipartisan team with deep experience at the federal, state and local levels, Cornerstone develops integrated public affairs strategies that align communications, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy efforts to advance clients' priorities. Global Payments hits the road amid small business battle.

Global Payments hits the road amid small business battle. Global Payments launches a mobile demonstration tour to show retailers how integrated commerce and financing tools work in real-world settings. Curated by Financing Your Way from original reporting by American Banker - Top News. Summary is AI-assisted and editorially reviewed - see its editorial standards. Global Payments is taking a new approach to win over small business owners by physically bringing their commerce technology to your doorstep. The company launched 'Genius World,' a mobile demonstration suite designed to show retailers how integrated payment systems and point-of-sale tools work in real-world scenarios. This move signals a shift in the industry toward 'embedded finance,' where financing options and payment processing are no longer separate tools but are woven directly into your daily operations. For retailers, this means the competition between major payment processors like Global Payments, Fiserv, and Block is heating up. These companies are no longer just fighting over transaction fees. They are competing to be the single platform where you manage inventory, customer loyalty, and - most importantly - consumer financing at the point of sale. The goal of this tour is to prove that modern payment hardware can do more than just swipe cards; it can help you offer flexible payment terms to customers without the administrative headache of juggling multiple vendors. If you are looking to upgrade your checkout experience, keep an eye out for these localized demonstrations as an opportunity to test-drive integrated financing tools before committing to a new contract. By: Trademagazin Date: 2026. 08. 18. 09:57 Hallgasd a cikket: Global Payments is introducing a new, barrier-free mode to make bank card payments easier for the blind and visually impaired. The function is now available on all of the provider's modern terminals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Croatia - a leading global provider of payment technologies and software solutions announced to MTI on Tuesday. It was announced that after activating the new mode, the terminal switches to a high-contrast display, increases the size of the letters and controls, and guides the user through the entire transaction with voice instructions. It provides information, for example, about the amount, currency and keyboard layout, so the user can pay independently, safely, without the help of another person. A short video about Global Payments' new terminal and its operation can be viewed at www.youtube.com/watch?v=wl1alcDrQZ8. More than 30 million blind and partially sighted people live in Europe, they write, citing data from the European Union. As a reminder, the European Accessibility Directive (EAA) covers, among other things, e-commerce, retail banking, electronic communications and payment terminals. The regulation aims to promote equal access to commonly used services and to standardize accessibility rules in the Member States of the European Union. From January 2027, Global Payments' modern Genius terminals will also be capable of handling electronic sales records (EET 2.0), which will simplify the administration of entrepreneurs, the company announced. This allows them to accept payments and record sales on a single, accessible device. Global Payments Inc. is a leading global provider of payment technology and software solutions. The company operates in more than 175 countries and serves 6 million merchants, financial institutions and other customers. The company offers payment terminals and POS solutions for merchants to accept cash and cashless payments.
